After my last experience with Bumbu Desa at KLCC, I thought would like to bring my China friend to this Indonesian Cuisine Restaurant again to try our Asian products.
She is a spicy lover so I thought would like to challenge her to try on these chili padi. She likes it a lot because it is real hot to her.

Overall: 2/5 - Disappointing dessert. Too sweet and hardly taste the real durian bitter sweet taste.

 Pretty disappointing restaurant once again to introduce my friend from China. Really embarrassing.

 Note: We stayed at Hotel Sri Damansara. This is a great hotel with nice room. Really recommended because the price is really worth it.

After hiking at the Niah Cave, all I want is to have a bowl of ABC. As usual, my Elayne jie has prepared this for me as well which is at the famous Sin Wan Delight Rojak & Cold Drinks Centre. Once again being a free tour guide for a group of people from Yunnan, China to Penang for some nice local delicacies. However, they were complaining about our food is not spicy enough. So since they would like spicy food, the only place I can think of in Penang is The Little Nyonya Cuisine which located at the lower ground of Gurney Plaza.  Tomyam Seafood @RM18.00++ Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 4/5 Taste: 4/5 Spiciness Level: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - The seafood contains fish, squid and prawns only which is not bad at all. Chong Siew Lam Restaurant, Serdang

Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. They only serve for lunch so do expect great crowd roaming to this place between 12.00pm to 2.00pm.  Steamed Tilapia Fish Head @RM20.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - Tilapia is a freshwater fish and the best is to steam it. Getting to Brunei from Labuan and Kota Kinabalu

From Kota Kinabalu to get to Brunei can be done from air, sea and land. From land, there is a bus from Inanam Bus Terminal to Brunei at 8.00am which cost you RM100. The journey is 8 hours and there is one stop for lunch at Lawas. Same thing if you are from Brunei to Kota Kinabalu, the bus will depart at 8.00am at B$45.00. Alternatively, you can take a ferry to Brunei which is also depart at 8.00am. However, there is a transit at Labuan for 2 hours. The total journey is 6 hours to reach jetty and additional 1 hour to reach Bandar Seri Bengawan. You probably will save 1 hour if to compare with a bus ride. RM68.60 for an all inclusive ferry fare for a Malaysian. Malaysian will get 50% discount off for the jetty fee only. Do not bother to survey prices for the ferry fare because same like bus, there is only one company doing this service. The ferry ticket can be purchased at Jesselton Point . Have you ever stay in a Durian Farm before? No? At Bao Sheng Durian Farm, you can do it! This 6.7 acres durian farm has been established in Balik Pulau since 1959. It really took them full 60 years to get the fruit of their hard work. Their villa is well equipped with air-con, hot shower and LCD TV with hundreds of Blu-Ray quality movies in it! They have existing queen size or king size bed and extra bed can be requested. To get close and personal with the King of Fruit...the accommodation charges will be Deluxe Villa is charged at RM280/night and standard villa will cost you RM180/night. They only have 1 Deluxe Villa and 2 Standard Villa only. So it is very easy to be fully booked during the durian season. We just had our tiring caving adventure at Gua Tempurung and we were exhausted and extremely hungry especially when we had skipped our lunch in the cave. Thanks to Emily, she introduced me this restaurant, Restoran Rawang Famous Steam Fish. I know this famous restaurant with their famous one person one fish concept which I have been always wanted to try someday in KL but didn't expect them to be in Ipoh already. So I might as well completing my desire in Ipoh instead. We had 18 person for the dinner and we all sit in one large table. It was a little bit cramp but we managed to sit through out our dinner since we were so hungry already. We already care less about our personal space. I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. You will never know time flies when you are having those things at the waiting area. Something that Sushi Zanmai needs to consider. This is my first time dining at Sentul and glad to know this great Chinese restaurant which is known as Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong. This is the crowd at 6.00pm on Sunday. Crazy right? Let you see from another angle. They just own one shop lot but seems like owning an extra 4 parking space but still they are people standing and waiting for their seat including me!
