Burger & Lobster @Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting

In 2011, the story began with 4 school friends in Moscow drinking wine on a roof-top. They came up with the idea to set up a restaurant where the focus was perfecting the craft of just one or two main ingredients. In a small Irish pub in Mayfair, the first Burger & Lobster was born. Ever since, Burger & Lobster has become one of the famous chain-restaurant in UK which they have 14 branches and one branch each at Dubai, New York, Stockholm, Kuwait and Jeddah. This year, we as Malaysian are very proud for being chosen as the first country in South East Asia by Burger & Lobster to make a debut branch at Genting Highlands Resorts. From the left of the picture, they are Khairul Azhar bin Wahid, Andrea Zorcolo and one of the founder, Riccardo La Monica. They are the masterminds behind this Malaysia branch. As I have mentioned earlier, this restaurant is only specialized in burger and lobster. For your information, the burger is only beef burger. You will not find any other

Hailing from Brooklyn, Motorino opened its first Malaysian Branch in Genting Highlands, this being ninth branch out of 5 countries. The simple no frills entrance to the restaurant is a precursor to the interior. Black and white tiles, small circular tables with steel maroon chairs await the diners. The emphasis seems to be on delivering good food. The aroma of freshly baked pizzas emerging from two gigantic wood-fired ovens located strategically at the back of the restaurant wafts through the entire eatery. If you are a die-hard pizza lover, Motorino is the place you want to be at. Their pizza dough is freshly made every day by well-trained chefs. Only the freshest ingredients go into it. The entire dough is then place onto a giant flat ladle.  Customers are then treated to the side of the chef side of pizza being cooked before their eyes. The result is a tender melt in your mouth pizza filled with succulent juicy pieces of meat and dripping cheese on a rich tomato based
