Senja Restaurant, The Saujana Hotel & Resort

Image
Same as Shangri-La Hotel, I reckon that The Saujana Hotel & Resort is another hotel has gathered all the finest restaurants in one hotel which are  Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant , The Restaurant and now Senja Restaurant. An interesting thing about Senja Restaurant is not a Malay restaurant but an Italian restaurant instead. Who would have think of that? They are only opened for dinner with a spectacular man made lake view. It is a nice and cosy restaurant which eventually will make you feel relax and chill. However, this side is the smoking session unless you do not mind smoking smell bothering you. Inside will be the non-smoking zone which is pretty cozy too but you are not able to see the lake view easily. But...you got to see this awesome live band started to perform from 8.00pm onwards. They sing a very beautiful songs which is really great to have for your dining experience with your partner. A truly genuine Italian restaurant will always use their Italian...

The Restaurant, The Saujana Hotel & Resort

Image
Away from the hectic city of KL there is a place called The Saujana Hotel & Resort which has occupied a large amount of land at Shah Alam to build their golf course and luxury resort. A lot of restaurants in it too and one of them which is worth to highlight is The Restaurant which is serving a modern European cuisine. Since the place is so big, restaurants are everywhere. The Restaurant is located at The Club Saujana Hotel & Resort. That is the signboard you need to look out for to reach here.  A restaurant surrounded by garden is truly pleasant to dine at. Please take note their lunch menu and dinner menu are totally different . In this post, I will be introducing their lunch menu and some of the following dishes will be changed occasionally. Their complimentary bread is very delicious. I like their initiative to bake the bread again for us when we request for a top up. A newly baked bread is even more delicious! Especially the wholemeal bun. Even it is comp...

Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant, The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Image
It is Japanese cuisine again and this time I have to bring you off a little far away from the KL City. The place is known as Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant which is located inside The Saujana Hotel very near to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Aiport, Subang. Together with me today is Caroline whom may look new in my blog but we have known each other for 8 years. We got quite a lot of similarities and the most important one we like to take photos, eat Japanese food and blogging! The dining place is not really big so advanced booking is highly advisable.  For your information, their green tea is chargeable at RM5.00++/pax. Pretty expensive. The best part when dining during the lunch time is you will enjoy the beautiful lake scenery through the window. However if you are dining during dinner time, it will be a total pitch black. They do serve spread buffet style occasionally only. So do catch their yearly buffet bonanza which you wouldn't want to miss it. In 2014, their buf...

Paintball @X-treme Park Shah Alam

Image
By looking at these mask, you will probably know that I will be talking about paintball in this post. We went to X-treme Park Shah Alam which has a lot of outdoor activities around. There are rock climbing, skateboarding and paintball. We purchased this activity from Groupon @RM380 for 10 pax and with 200 pallets per pax. Here are their markers. This side looks newer but they gave us old markers since we are getting this offer from Groupon. Well, it is very common that you won't get the best with a discounted price. Their mask are very unclear because of the scratches and their vest are very smelly because of the sweat. Anyway, here are the rules for the paintball. If you wish to read, just click the picture above to enlarge it. They have 2 paintball fields here. The picture above is the large field which can accommodate up to 12 pax. This is a smaller field which can fit up to 8 pax. When you are in the field, everyone starts to get serious with the game. You...

Cycling Tour @Taman Pertanian, Shah Alam

Image
It is another nature day for me. This time is a nature tour with a bicycle at Taman Pertanian, Shah Alam. As you all know that, this is the same place for Skytrex too! The entrance fee is RM3 (adult) and RM1 (child). After you have purchased the ticket, you are allowed to pass the entrance and walk about 50m you will see a bicycle shop.  The bicycle will only open as early as 9.00am on weekends. Otherwise will be 11.00am the latest. The rental fee of the bicycle is varies depends on old @RM5.00 or very old @RM3.00 model of a bicycle. Hahaha...I mean it very clearly that both types of bicycle looks old to me and does not makes any difference. My advice in choosing the right bicycle is the seat and not the color or the pattern. You are not going for a bicycle roadshow. Therefore, do not so bother about its looks too much. A seat comfortableness is so important because you need to sit on it for hours. You do not want to abuse your backside right? LOL. There is additional rental...
