Yamaguchi Fish Market is inspired by fish market in Japan which allows customer to choose seafood from the market and they will prepared for them either in sushi or sashimi for them to eat fresh. That's the original way how it was started but time goes by competition is getting harder, many came out with different idea. So does Yamaguchi Fish Market to have it in a restaurant instead of a market. They have sushi bar for customers to appreciate the chef serving the food right in front of them. The seating are not a lot because mostly it has been placed by their tank to put their live seafood. They have their fresh seafood deliver twice a week and this is the first time I see how they packed their live lobster. That's the price of their live lobster. I wish one day I can eat a 5kg lobster. It has been a while since my last Omakase session. I just miss having a chef in front of me preparing all kinds of amazing food to surprise me. This time this dream was fulfilled at Sushi Azabu which is located at the 4th floor inside Isetan, The Japan Store. Our chef that day was a handsome Japanese guy called Mr. Makoto Saito.  There are 3 types of Omakase set which starts from RM120++ which is known as Koi, comes with 10 types of unique nigiri sushi. Next is Azabu Course @RM220++, 2 kinds of sashimi, chawanmushi, 7 pieces of nigiri sushi, makimono, palate freshener and a dessert. Dim sum is always everyone's favourite even to our Muslim friends but finding a Halal and delicious dimsum is not that easy at all. After I have dined in Restoran Minmax, I know this is the best ever Halal dimsum that's available in Malaysia currently. It advised to come before 12.00pm during office hours or else you will have a hard time finding a seat. Even you able to find a seat, you will need to wait for a long time for the food to arrive. Skillet @163 has been awarded as the best European restaurant in 2015 by TimeOut Kuala Lumpur. They successfully outclassed Albion KL, Mercat Barcelona Gastrobar, Soleil and Yeast Bistronomy which are all worthy opponents. For your information, European cuisine means food from all around Europe including Eastern Europe and Scandinavian countries. They just come onto scene last year by taking over Mediteca at Fraser Place and managed to secure everyone's heart to secure the award. A cafe that is made from three 20' containers is known as Boxes Cafe. It is situated at the land which is well known as the old Pudu Jail. Right now this land is own by Bukit Bintang City Center Kuala Lumpur. Our government's EPF got a big chunk of share on this company. Their parking is free and it is at the opened parking space which is a little distance from the cafe itself. So the BBCC provides caddy service to customers who either wants to go to their showroom or to the cafe. It is all free of charge for the time being. I am not sure if is still free after their sales office building is built. Having a cup of coffee on an empty land looking towards the busy street and rising buildings is certainly is another kind of relaxation.
