Yamaguchi Fish Market is inspired by fish market in Japan which allows customer to choose seafood from the market and they will prepared for them either in sushi or sashimi for them to eat fresh. That's the original way how it was started but time goes by competition is getting harder, many came out with different idea. So does Yamaguchi Fish Market to have it in a restaurant instead of a market. They have sushi bar for customers to appreciate the chef serving the food right in front of them. The seating are not a lot because mostly it has been placed by their tank to put their live seafood. They have their fresh seafood deliver twice a week and this is the first time I see how they packed their live lobster. That's the price of their live lobster. I wish one day I can eat a 5kg lobster.
