Madam Kwan's, Suria KLCC

Image
It is a norm to bring an overseas friend to try our local cuisine. So I thought to bring her to our famous Madam Kwan's. Unfortunately, their famous nasi lemak was sold out so we ordered others. Cendol @RM7.90++ Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 4/5 Taste: 3/5 Price: 1/5 Overall: 2/5 - What an expensive cendol! The ice is not finely shaved well so the ice is hardly giving you the experience of melting in your mouth. The brown sugar is a little too sweet and it is definitely not the same brown sugar like what you usually eat at Melaka. Sangha Mee (Big) @RM40.90++ Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 3/5 Taste: 2/5 Price: 1/5 Overall: 2/5 - Very salty gravy and it is way overpriced! I unable to finish the whole plate. I really can't stand with the a salty food. Cold Tofu @RM9.90++ Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 2/5 Taste: 3/5 Price: 2/5 Overall: 2/5 - A very cold tofu. The taste is so so but consider as the best dish for the night. Prawn Mee Outlook: 2/5 Creativity: 2

Please do click like at the end of this post. I bet there is a very few likes. I, myself only able to make my point here after 13 years. Sound pretty pathetic thou. Hahaha...anyway, I have to thank to my friend from China, not because of her, I wouldn't know when I would come up here. The ticket price is RM80 for foreigners and RM25 for myKad holders. There is a very limited tickets available  for each time slots. The reason for them to do this is to control the crowd at the bridge so it will not be overweight. This has given an opportunity for some locals to help foreigners to book tickets for them with a minimum service fee starts from RM18/pax up to RM50/pax. Anyway, this is the assembly place after we passed the security.  My friend from China was showing that it is a hologram o

Jung Won Restoran Korea BBQ, Ampang

Image
I always wanted to make a visit at the famous Jung Won Restoran Korea BBQ but I never able to make it because of this restaurant is just next to Sayfol International School. During their lunch hour, it is really hard to get in here and even get a parking. I really sympathy with this restaurant because they will not able to get any customers during this hour. Unless they meet a persistent customers like us. I determine enough to introduce our local Korean cuisine to my friend from China.  This is the seating outside of the restaurant but I prefer to seat inside. They just renovated a small section of their restaurant. Their entrance looks nicer this time. This is the new design of their air-conditioned section. Tidier and more neat than before. They will cook the meat in their kitchen so no more live cooking to see in this restaurant anymore. The good part is you can leave this restaurant without any unwanted smell on your body. I got myself a private room. They only h
