This crowd seems like in a seminar but definitely they were not. They were at the Coco Steamboat waiting for a seat. For your information, this was just half of the crowd that was waiting. There were another half of it waiting outside the restaurant by standing with hope their name or number to called. You might think that this restaurant only provide few tables to accommodate their patron. If you do think that way, you are wrong.  This is the restaurant's dining halls. I would dare to say it is easily more than 50 tables available here. It is like a grand ballroom size in here and all fully packed. They have a smaller room which is in air-conditioned which fits about 20 tables only. If you would want to reserve a seat, you need to reserve before 6.00pm. After 6.00pm, they will not accept any reservation and you will be queuing up like what you saw in my first picture. For your information, the free parking in front of the restaurant is very limited. BBQ Thai is located along the busy Jalan Kelang Lama towards Puchong. The parking here is ample even the restaurants is crowded like this. It is obviously a Thai cuisine restaurant but their signature is their BBQ food. There are plenty of tables in this restaurant and there are many private rooms decorated very interestingly like this. There is a minimum spending in a private room like this or else charges will be applied. From a very small and "not so eye-catching" stall in Penang which is just selling curry mee and now it has a chain restaurant like this which is selling all types of Penang delicacies. This is truly amazing how the big guys would want to commercialized a small thing. Lorong Seratus Tahun is the restaurant I am talking about here. You can check out my link to their actual look at Penang. They are still in business and look the same but somehow the branches like this is totally different. My guess is someone has bought their branding and commercialized them like Pappa Rich and Old Town Cafe. Tourist loves Penang food and even they are in KL, they will try a Penang delicacies whenever they got the chance. Not just the tourist but being as a local citizen think has the same thought too. Recently, I have been invited to a newly opened restaurant by this lovely couple, Evonne and Desmond. Their restaurant is known as Restoran Fravashi and they are serving a Mediterranean cuisine at the beginning and soon after that they have it changed to Turkish and Italian cuisine.   They are just entering this F&B business about a month plus and still at the stage of exploring the best food to serve the local market demand. Their proud signature food is the Turkish Pizza which is what he is doing now. It comes with 4 choices which are beef, chicken, lamb and mushroom. It has been a long time since I introduced a Japanese Restaurant. My love for it never fades but it is just nothing new to fascinate me to try so I have been revisiting my personal favorites Japanese Restaurant. Lately, I had a small gathering with my old colleagues again and they introduced me to this Japanese restaurant which is known as Nihon Kai Japanese Restaurant. I always have been wanted to visit Ishin Jap Japanese Dining but because they located at the busy road of Jalan Klang Lama, I always have to reconsider. The peak hours is always around 6.00pm after working hours. Crazy traffic! However, I still do not care because I almost finishing dining all the famous Japanese restaurant in Klang Valley already.  My girl was so sexy that day...hahahaha...can't get my eyes off her that day. The first Japanese restaurant that is using iPad 1 as their menu. Truly very high tech. All the food photos shown in this iPad are really attractive and mouth watering! Very cleverly done which work better than the old school menu which the color of the photos will fade away one day. The sushi bar in a round table style. Deep-fried Ebi as our appetizer.
