Fish Farm Thai Restaurant @Hulu Langat

Image
Now dining in the nature is started to be a trend lately. A lot of restaurants started to build inside the greenery. One of them is Fish Farm Thai Restaurant which is originally just a vegetable farm, fish farm and poultry farm has started to serve food in here as you can see from the picture above. People now just wish to escape away from the busy and polluted city just to have a nice peaceful meal.  All their food resources are mostly from their own. So there is no issue about freshness. This restaurant is a Thai restaurant which is specialized in seafood. Their employees are mostly from Thailand too. It is quite hard to communicate with them when you are trying to ask something else from the menu. I hope the restaurant owner will look into this. They do have a stage on the water for live band or live performance for special company event. It is really amazing. Bridge Bar @G Tower Hotel

Image
While everyone is busy opening roof top bar, G Tower Hotel has a Bridge Bar instead. It is located at the 28th floor and they do have a roof top bar as well which is known as View Bar at the 29th floor. The seating is really relax and comfortable. It is a best place for a hangout and gathering. However, they only have one side of the city view facing the embassy area at Ampang which is not really fascinating. They do not have a dance floor, live band or a DJ so it is just purely sit, chat and drink spot. They do have some snacks and delicious pizza to serve too. They do have this 1 meter glass floor for you to step on it to feel the feeling you are floating in the air. The feeling is quite scary at first but once you trust the reliability of the glass, you will be just fine. A closer look on the height of 28th stories. Overall, I do recommend this place for a casual chillout. The problem they have are they do not separate the smokers and non-smokers section and most of th

Nobu Japanese Restaurant @KLCC

Image
Just below Marini's on 57 , there is a Japanese restaurant which is known as Nobu at Level 56. To get to here, you have to go to Pertronas Tower 3 which is located near Chanel outlet if you are coming from inside the Suria KLCC mall. They are open as early as 6.00pm so that you have enough time to catch the sunset which is pretty awesome. The night scenery is the one everyone is waiting for to see. It is quite fun to spot familiar buildings in the night like this. It is really an awesome feeling to sit so up close and personal with  Petronas Twin Tower. This is what you see when you look up through the window. During at night, you can see beautiful lights shining all over the tower. When you look down, you can see the bird eye view of Suria KLCC and KLCC Park. At night, you will be able to see them playing the musical fountain with beautiful lights playing together. They got a sushi bar available for those who prefer to see chef in action rather than kl

Feeka Coffee Roasters, Jalan Mesui

Image
Last time which I remember not long ago, there are bubble milk tea stalls almost everywhere. Right now the trend has changed from bubble milk to coffee. Everyone is hunting for the best coffee near them. So the cafe will be their rendezvous point. Feeka Coffee Roasters might be your rendezvous point if you are working around Jalan Mesui.  It is not very obvious because their business signboard is too small to be noticed. However, you can do by spotting the shop lot number and they are #19. They do have pastry and cakes which I saw plenty office ladies will drop by to take some of them away. I do not manage to try any of them. I have to leave my appetite for my lunch later. This cafe practices self-service. Once you place your order, take a table number from them and start looking for a table to sit. They will serve your order once they are ready. BEAST by The Big Group @The Intermark

Image
Another restaurant by The Big Group which is known as Beast. If you do not know The Big Group, then you should know their other famous restaurants which are Ben's General Food Store , Plan b , Ben's and many more to be listed.  This restaurant is located inside the Intermark with many other competitive restaurants around. They are more standout with a huge BEAST signboard with bright lighting on it. Personally, I am pretty like their design. Feel very comfortable enough to fall asleep in there. It is definitely a nice place for relaxation and a glass of wine. This restaurant is a steakhouse so basically they are good with steaks. Too bad that I do not take beef at all. They do have bar counter for you to have a drink until 1.00am. Pulp by Papa Palheta, Bangsar

Image
If you have read my post about Chye Seng Huat Hardware at Singapore, this is another work by Papa Palhelta which is known as PULP. As of today, this is their only branch in Malaysia which is located within the paper printing industry. It is quite hard to find the location of the cafe because there is no signboard indicate or whatsoever. It can be simple when you pay attention on the left hand side of the road at the moment you turned into Jalan Riong.  A new surge box vs an old surge box. There are quite some things that they remained as it is because this building was a paper printing factory. The paper printing factory is still running behind this cafe. This large paper cutting machine is used as a table now. Pretty cool and creative What Papa Palhelta is different than any other cafe is they are not just selling coffee. They are sharing and educating the knowledge of coffee. Here are some of their coffee for your to sip and sniff. It is free. This is their coff
