After Shuzhuang Garden , now it is the most famous tourist spot among all which is known as Sunlight Rock. You can missed all other tourist spots but you cannot miss this.  Situated at the top of Dragon Head Hill in the central by south of Gulangyu Island, Sunlight Rock consists of two huge rocks, one horizontal; and the other vertical. The two rocks leaning on with each other, with an elevation of 92.68 meters, form the highest spot of Gulangyu Island. A huge rock is piercing into the sky. The lofty and rugged rocks in the mountains form many caverns and gullies, while pavilions, kiosks and terraces are tucked away in the lushly growing woods.  This place is very big so you need to study the map well. You may take up to 2 hours in this place. The charges is at RMB60.00/pax. It is the most expensive entrance fee in this island. In my previous post , I have mentioned that I only able to visit 2 places out of 7 famous tourist spots on this island. So I will introduce Shuzhuang Garden first which is cost at RMB30.00/pax. What to expect here are flowers, piano museum and the Twelve Grotto Heaven. Here are the flowers which are blooming so attractively. You will see these trees full of flowers during the month of July. Next is the landscape of this garden. They are all natural and it is awesome! It is a private villa first constructed in 1913 by Lin Erjia, a wealthy businessman from Taiwan. Dining in Gulangyu Vile is very expensive and very lack of varieties during lunch period. I was attracted by the guy standing there announcing their restaurant's lunch set promo. This restaurant is called 索菲克. It is a retail restaurant which serves western food and Chinese food as well. The best part is they provide free wi-fi too. It is good for foreigners like me. The layout and the ambiance of this restaurant is very comfy and relaxing. Their bar table We had 2 different sets of set lunch. One of them is a western set lunch which is cost at RMB40.00 which consists of a glass of red tea, muffins, beef steak, dessert and fruits. After getting to know more about Gulangyu Vile , now it is more detail about the nightlife at Gulangyu Vile. All the tourist spots are closed at night so the only places you can go is their street.  The street for night walk is not big so it is pretty crowded. Please be extra careful for pickpockets. However during the day, this place is practically safe. There are some famous food stall in this island such as this yogurt stall. Selling fresh yogurt and their best selling yogurt is the Mango Yogurt. My review to that is pretty common. Nothing special but not that bad at all either. I spent my dinner by indulging all sorts of road side food because I wanted to try the local specialty. This is one of the famous stall which is selling fish ball.
