Sampan Ride @Marina Bay Sands

Here we are at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) with lots of "expensive" shops around us which is nice to see but not nice to our pocket. So instead of shopping, we prefer to enjoy the beauty inside this mall by taking a Sampan Ride. S$10.00 per pax for at most 15 minutes ride which is not really cheap. However, it is a well worth experience.
We requested to take their big hat earlier on for photography but later on, we are giving by the staffs voluntarily with a mini size version. So cute....hahaha~ 
Off we go with a slow and relaxing ride passing by all those luxury outlets. Along a stretch of blue-green water, and marvel at dancing water refraction under the coolness of a passing tunnel. At the same time instead of taking pictures but being taken by others too. LOL~
We were told that once we circle the Rain Oculus, we need to look up and make a wish. 
You might just be privy to the hourly cascade of international artist Ned Kahn’s 22-meter diameter acrylic bowl set on a 90-ton steel structure that releases more than 22,000 liters of water per minute, from two storeys above. 
I don't understand when we getting near to our ending point, they started to rock the sampan. Quite weird for me. I prefer a relaxing one from the start until the end and watching the outstanding architecture. Recommended for a one time experience will do.

I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! The price of the bowling is cost at RM4.80 per game per pax. We went at their most peak hours so their price basically has not much different than our KL City price. Chong Siew Lam Restaurant, Serdang

Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. Perfume Pagoda Boat Tour, Huong Son

The Huong Pagoda is a vast complex of Buddhist temples and shrines built into the limestone Huong Tich mountains. It is the site of a religious festival which draws large numbers of pilgrims from across Vietnam. The center of the Huong Temple lies in Huong Son Commune, Mỹ Đức District, former Hà Tây Province (now Hanoi). The center of this complex is the Perfume Temple, also known as Chua Trong (Inner Temple), located in Huong Tich Cave. The boat tour including the entrance fee is 100,000vnd. There is an optional cost for the cable car which will take you to Huong Tich Cave. The price is 100,000vnd per person per way or 160,000vnd per person round trip. Hang Mua Mountain aka Mua Cave, Ninh Binh

At first, I always got confused with Hang Mua Mountain and Mua Cave. My initial plan is to climb the mountain and all the information I got in the internet is to direct me Mua Cave. After few readings, I finally understand that "Hang" means cave in Vietnamese. So Hang Mua Mountain and Mua Cave is the same place. If you are riding a bike to get here, there are many scam trying to stop you earlier for you to park your motorbike at their place with charges. Don't stop. Just go straight until the end and park inside. It is free parking as of today. I am not sure if they will change it later. The entrance fee is 100,000vnd per person. It is quite expensive for just hiking. There is a reason to this. They decorated the entire way from the entrance to the foot of the hill. There are many photoshooting spots where you can enjoy before you start your hiking. What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. Ham Rong Mountain is located close to the center of Sa Pa Town and its elevation is the lowest point in the South of 1,450m, the highest is 1,850m. Topography with an average slope angle of about 30 degrees. Ham Rong is surrounded by many different types of mountains, evergreen forests with other broadleaf trees. Tasik Biru Kangkar Pulai, Johor Bahru

At Johor Bahru, there is a majestic blue lake which is known as Tasik Biru Kangkar Pulai. It is a hidden gem within Masai, Johor Bahru.  The reason it is blue is because of the iron ore quarry nearby. The blue color is from the mineral called copper sulphate but I am not sure if that's the real reason for it because whenever there is a blue lake like this, there will be a iron ore quarry beside of it. Another good example is Tasik Biru Bukit Ibam Muadzam Shah, Pahang.
