B'First Cafe, Pulau Perhentian Besar

Food along Arwana Jetty Beach is pretty limited to 5 restaurants only. According to my dive instructor, the best is B'First Cafe among all the restaurants. So I would just head there as for the start. However, he did warned us that this restaurant took the longest time to cook because there is only one cook in the restaurant. In the end it took us for 1 hour and 30 minutes for us to get our food below.

Telur Dadar @RM4.00 - Common fried smashed egg
Malay Chicken @RM6.00
Outlook: 2/5
Creativity: 2/5
Taste: 3/5
Price: 3/5
Overall: 2/5 - Too much chili oil with slight curry powder taste but I do not remember this is how Malay cooks their chicken. Anyway it tasted not so bad but just the onion is too big and can notice that she does not even have time to prepare the onion.

Oyster Sauce Squid @RM7.00
Outlook: 2/5
Creativity: 2/5
Taste: 3/5
Price: 3/5
Overall: 3/5 - This is the best among all the food I have ordered but not really that tasty enough to become a MUST ORDER food.

B'first Vegetable Soup @RM6.50
Outlook: 3/5
Creativity: 2/5
Taste: 2/5
Price: 3/5
Overall: 3/5 - This is really a plain soup with not much taste in it. At the same time, it has different kinds of vegetables in it. Very vegetarian style. Not my liking.

This is the only bar you will get in this part of the beach. So treasure it if you an alcoholic.
This restaurant is quite cheap if to compare to other restaurants. So there are a lot of people coming here for their food, even the foreigners as well.
Total Damage: RM31.50
Ambiance: 2/5
Service: 2/5
Food Serving Speed: Very Slow
Recommended?: Yes, for a budget dinner.
