Just a quick introduction about Tong Pak Fu. I had seen them everywhere but I do not get a chance to try until I am here at East Coast Mall, Kuantan.

Overall: 3/5 - All their ice series are their signature. So I decided to try their new durian flavor. The ice is very smooth and the durian taste is definitely genuinely strong! I give a benefit of a doubt for this dessert to cost that much for just ice and few non expensive ingredients with it.

Overall: 2/5 - I waited almost 10 minutes for this because they claimed that they have to make it fresh. The ginger taste is extremely strong which covers up all other taste which is the milk! I do not like this dessert at all. It should be more milk taste with a little ginger kick. In addition to that, the pudding is not soft enough.

 Overall, it is just a commercialized dessert shop with crazy price tag. Not really worth it.

What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. No name for this hawker center but the local good foods are concentrated here. A lot of hawker stall like this here. There are just too many to choose from. I may have introduced a "shocking"  Kampachi , Japanese Cuisine for you all. So this time I will lower a bit the level of the Japanese Cuisine but the quality is still that good. The Japanese Restaurant is called Rakuzen. This restaurant is the sister company with  Hokkaido Ichiba ,  Kura Japanese Restaurant ,  Zen ,  Sushi Zanmai  and  Pasta Zanmai  which means they are from the same boss. The difference is Rakuzen consider a high end Japanese Restaurant among all of them and follow by  Kura ,  Hokkaido Ichiba ,  Zen  and  Sushi Zanmai  while  Pasta Zanmai  is under different category. Bungee jump...anyone? Haha...when people hear the word "bungee jump", usually you will get an immediate response "NO WAY". Seriously, if you are a person who likes to play roller coaster or the solero shot @ Genting , this bungee jump is absolutely nothing because the panic moment is just lasted for 3-5 seconds on the jumping board. Once you jumped, you already have nothing to fear because you already find yourself above the water in a moment. So the "excitement" is way way faster than a roller coaster or the solero shot.  There were once we have 2 bungee jump spots in Malaysia. One at KL Tower and another one at Sunway Lagoon which is organized by AJ Hackett Company . Around year 2009, AJ Hackett has pulled out from KL Tower spot due to certain issue. I really cannot remember when is the last time I had my middle eastern food. Luckily this time,  Everyday  has brought me to Forbidden Kitchen, Ampang with an offer I couldn't resist. It is very easy to find as it is just right opposite of Ampang Point across the main road of Jalan Ampang. This will be my last post for my Sandakan trip. I hope you enjoy it and I know some of you have started yelling at me to show some Klang Valley post instead. Well, you are going to have it tomorrow. As for now, let me do a finale for my trip at Sandakan with another local signature dish which they are popular with their fish ball, fish paste and almost everything is about fish. My buffet marathon in my latest visit to KL has gone from crazy to absolutely madness! If you follow my blog closely, I have been to 2 Japanese Buffet, 1 Chinese Dim Sum Buffet and now a so called Korean style buffet. This place is called Korean Stone BBQ Steamboat which located along Jalan Ampang. This road is very jam during dinner hours. If you came from far, this is not a place you wish to dine. You will be torturing yourself when seeing yourself stuck in the long traffic jam. Everyday voucher brought me here with thier link as follow: 50% off BBQ Buffet for dinner on weekdays only.
