Song Hin Pork Porridge, Kuching

It is not that I love criticising other people's food but sometimes they just forced me to. Do NOT dine in Song Hin Pork Porridge at the Open Market Kuching which is located at the intersection of Jalan Market and Jalan Power. To be safe, just don't dine in any restaurants there. They have a serious hygiene issue. You can see big fat rats and cockcroaches running around freely there. It was so disgusting!
They are selling their porridges start from RM3.50. The taste is more like rice in a soup definitely is not the type of porridges which we cook for long hours. 
This is the century egg which spoiled my entire Kuching trip. I was hospitalized for 3 days for food poisoning. It was a very terrible experience. My last food poisoning was 10 years ago and I have been very careful since then but somehow I got cheated by the TV program hosted by Axian for introducing their viewers like me to dine here. Lesson learned is do not trust 100% of those TV program which introduces places with good food. Just trust them 50% and the rest of the 50%, judge yourself when you reach there. The government there must do something about the pest which is crawling around the market. I can't believe they play ignorant about it.

During my days in Kota Kinabalu, I do not even see a drop of rain. It is a good thing when I keep travelling around on the road to visit one place and another. Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! The price of the bowling is cost at RM4.80 per game per pax. We went at their most peak hours so their price basically has not much different than our KL City price. Chong Siew Lam Restaurant, Serdang

Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. They only serve for lunch so do expect great crowd roaming to this place between 12.00pm to 2.00pm.  Steamed Tilapia Fish Head @RM20.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - Tilapia is a freshwater fish and the best is to steam it. What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. No name for this hawker center but the local good foods are concentrated here. A lot of hawker stall like this here. There are just too many to choose from. Notice: This Sandakan Yacht Club is only for members only. RM60.00 per annum to join as member. After join as a member, your immediate family will become as a member as well and will have your own member card. In a year, you are allowed to bring 3 strangers per family. The facilities here are their swimming pool and gym. The best part is you are allow to open a party here and inviting your friends here too. This is their bar where you relax and watching the blue sky and blue sea. The blue sky A beer on this sunny day and sitting by the sea is always a great pleasure. I am so lucky enough to become a special guest here to enjoy the pleasure sitting by the sea. Apart of this club, there is other club worth to join which is a golf club.

I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. You will never know time flies when you are having those things at the waiting area. Something that Sushi Zanmai needs to consider. Cat Cat Village, Sapa

Whenever you are in Sapa, Cat Cat Village is always one of the highlight of this place. The reason is this is the original village of the Hmong tribe which is the closest from Sapa town. Even though now it has become a tourist spot and has lost its real originality. However, it is still a good start to know about the people who is living in Sapa. It is about a 30 minutes walk from the central of the town but the scenery along the way is breathtaking. It is totally worth it. Just be mindful that the road is narrow and steep. Sometimes I feel the road is just too small for two vehicles to use on different direction. You will feel that you will be pushed down from the road. So I would suggest those who is bringing kids, please get a taxi.  Do buy one of their colorful native costume for picture shooting. It is highly recommended. It is not expensive at all. So you should not be worry about spending too much money on a costume which you will never wear later on....

Once again I am at Kota Bharu, this time I am very determine to visit every single famous Thai temple in Kelantan. Even though Kelantan is known to be high Muslim province, they are still many Thai temples around because their location is just beside the Thai border. So mostly their Thai temple is built at Tumpat. Tumpat is a town at Kelantan which is the nearest to the Thai border. I will start my Thai temple adventure with Wat Pikulthong which is also known by the local as " The Standing Buddha ". Donate any amount you want to pick up a bag of fish food yourself. These are the fish you are feeding. Wow...I am expecting Koi fishes. This temple is still under renovation so you will see a lot of structure like this and nothing much for you to photograph. The Skybridge @Petronas Twin Tower

1 August 1999 was the inaugurated date of this 88-floor with the height of 451.9m, the Petronas Twin Towers. How many of you have been to their Skybridge after more than 13 years of operation? Please do click like at the end of this post. I bet there is a very few likes. I, myself only able to make my point here after 13 years. Sound pretty pathetic thou. Hahaha...anyway, I have to thank to my friend from China, not because of her, I wouldn't know when I would come up here. The ticket price is RM80 for foreigners and RM25 for myKad holders. There is a very limited tickets available  for each time slots. The reason for them to do this is to control the crowd at the bridge so it will not be overweight. This has given an opportunity for some locals to help foreigners to book tickets for them with a minimum service fee starts from RM18/pax up to RM50/pax. When you come to Sapa, Fansipan must be in your itinerary. The entrance fee is 600,000vnd. It costs a bomb but it is still attracting tourists to be there even it is 1,000,000vnd. Many reasons why you should be here versus the costly ticket price. There are a lot of photo taking places and markets around the cable car station and it is free.
