Kedai Makan Sek Me Choy, Salak Selatan

The first time I had my first black pepper Bak Kut Teh was at Sandakan. I never know there is one at Kuala Lumpur. I got to know it from Axian from his TV Programme, "Taste with Jason". The name of the restaurant is Kedai Makan Sek Me Choy.
Even they have a space of three shop lots, their seats are still fully occupied.
In the past, they were doing mining business. This is their old mining machine which they still keep it very well.
Vegetable Rice @RM2.00 - You should try their vegetable which is very tasty. It is just cost RM1.00 more than their normal white rice.

Overall: 3/5 - This is their signature dish which is catered for four. A very different from the common herbal type of Bak Kut Teh. You will taste a very rich black pepper fragrance in this soup. Very delicious. Yes, I have to admit it is a little spicy but the fragrance of the black pepper is very addictive and make you want to dig for another scoop.

Overall: 4/5 - If you think this is only half of the fish, you are wrong! It is a whole fish but it has been bend into half. Very creatively done! The taste is sourish spicy in an addictive way. The meat is fresh and sweet! Highly recommended to everyone!

A simple vegetable @RM12.00 is very delicious too but I really do not understand why it is so expensive to just cook a simple vegetable in Malaysia. At China, you can get 3x more of this kind of price.
Durian Spring Roll (6 pieces) @RM10.00

Overall, I highly recommend this place! Ah Xian recommended a great place! The parking here is quite troublesome. There is a parking lot behind this shop lot which cost RM3.00/entry. Caution: It is quite dark.
