| You will only see Satay Celup in Melaka and not in any other states. Last year, I have introduced the most famous satay celup in Melaka which is known as Restoran Capitol Satay. This time I wanted to try some where different because in my mind there should be some where better or at least same level with Restoran Capitol Satay since there are really a lot of satay celup restaurant in Melaka. So I understand from the TV programme "Taste with Jason" where Ah Xian highly recommended this restaurant which is called Kingtu Restaurant. |

| Kingtu Restaurant was once closed down but now they reopen again but it is far away from the city. Since it is highly recommended by Ah Xian so let's see what they got here. Over here are the fried stuffs |

| They have 2 fridges like this with a lot of varieties. However, I somehow feel there is nothing special in the variety. |

| RM0.70/stick which is cheaper than Restoran Capitol Satay about RM0.20/stick. Do take note...this restaurant does not allow you to put unfinished food that you took back to their fridge. This is to solve the hygiene issue. Unlike Restoran Capitol Satay, you can take as many as you want but when you cannot finish, you can leave it on the table. |

| Their satay sauce is quite delicious but I was spoiled badly by Restoran Capitol Satay so I still prefer their satay sauce which has Gula Melaka (brown sugar) in it. For your information, unlike Restoran Capitol Satay, Kingtu Restaurant does not change their whole pot like what Restoran Capitol Satay did. You are using back the old pot by the previous customers. So the hygienic issue is a question mark. Maybe you should close one eye. |

| Restoran Capitol Satay is famous with their big head prawns while Kingtu Restaurant is more with their cockerels. They are really fresh and delicious when mixing with their unique sauce. |

| To be honest, they may look nothing special but they did put their best effort in it. I have to give a credit on that. However, I still think for them to become the best, they shouldn't concentrate in varieties so much. Choose something which are popular and make them uniquely delicious. Second, change the pot after used by the previous customer. I believe customers would love to eat have their food in a hygienic way. However, they did a good job of not allowing their customers to put back their unfinished food. |
