Restoran Yu Ai, Segambut
The moment we are at the entrance we can feel the great heat from this area. They are cooking all the seafood noodles at extreme heat. |
Tomyam Seafood Maggi Noodle (small) @RM17.00 |
Creativity: 2/5
Taste: 0/5
Price: 1/5
Overall: 1/5 - OMG! This is the most horrible tomyam noodle that I ever taste and it costs me a bomb! The tomyam flavor is just pure seasoning flavor only. I think they steal the seasoning packet from the Maggi Tomyam. I wonder have they even tried their own food?? They have another which is a curry version which I guess from the Maggi Curry seasoning packet as well.
Clear Soup Seafood Vermicelli (small) @RM17.00 |
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 4/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 3/5 - Clear soup is much better because at least you can taste the original seafood freshness in it. The reason of it to be cost so much is their seafood which contain prawns, mussels, clams, lala and cuttlefish. They seems like do not hesitate to put all those seafood inside the small bowl. The best part is all their seafood is fresh.
Fish Head Noodle @RM12.00 |
Creativity: 5/5
Taste: 5/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 4/5 - This is the best! The soup is so milky and it has thick wine taste in it. Super delicious. This is how I want my fish head noodle should be. The fish heads are fresh and delicious.
Overall, I think it is good to visit this place if you are happened to be at Segambut but there is no need for you to purposely make your trip here. They have a branch at SS2 if you are staying near that area.
