Interestingly dining at China...that's what I want to bring to you about in this post. The location is at Qingyuan which is a northern part of Guangzhou. The restaurant name is called 湘村馆. The interesting part is the food they served and how to eat.

This looks like a normal Pork Bone Soup but the way to eat is not.
You will be given a pair of of gloves and a straw. That's what you will do to suck the bone marrow. Delicious!
A lamb stick? This lamb stick is done very thoughtfully by cover the end with a wrapper for you to hold and eat without staining your fingers. Very delicious with a spicy kick in it. Truly a different experience to eat a lamb.
When you are in China, you really have to order a plate of vegetable. Any vegetable will do because their vegetable is very fresh , sweet and juicy. They serve in big portion in cheaper price. You will definitely not able to find the same taste in Malaysia.

Warakuya Japanese Garden, Mount Austin

I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. You will never know time flies when you are having those things at the waiting area. Something that Sushi Zanmai needs to consider. Lijiang Old Town is a big ancient town and Shuhe Ancient Town which is a smaller version of it is located at 4km to the northwest of the Lijiang Old Town, at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, lies a compact village hidden in the forest, the Shuhe Ancient Town. UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) has listed it as an important component of Lijiang as it is a well-preserved example of a town along the ancient tea route and one of the earliest settlements of the ancestors of Naxi people. It is called 'the hometown of springs'.. To get to here: Daily shuttle buses depart from Lijiang Ancient City to Shuhe Ancient Town, a great convenience for travelers. Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! The price of the bowling is cost at RM4.80 per game per pax. We went at their most peak hours so their price basically has not much different than our KL City price. This is my first time dining out with my goddaughter, Ling Jinn Ying at Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong for our dim sum session She is so cute and adorable! This restaurants has 6 branches spread out the whole Klang Valley with at least 10 years of history. I heard from my friend, Jeffery said that on the weekend, people queuing up for their dim sum. What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. No name for this hawker center but the local good foods are concentrated here. A lot of hawker stall like this here. There are just too many to choose from. Sepilok OrangUtan Rehabilitation Centre, Sandakan

Entertainment in Sandakan is really limited where one of them which I have already blogged earlier about the bowling center and another one is the pretty "run down" cinema. They do not have mall here yet. But there is an upcoming Harbour Square which is almost finished developing and located at the heart of the town. Do not have high expectation on the mall just yet. Less entertainment but the nature adventure is just superb over here. The most famous thing to do here at Sandakan will be no other than visiting Sepilok. Sepilok is an Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center which is a norm for any tourist to visit and do whenever they travel to Sandakan. Here we are at Sepilok! NOTE: FYI, that is not Orang Utan. Somehow a normal person who is trying to act like one. LOL Actually I did not enter this place so I was there just visiting from the outside. Once again being a free tour guide for a group of people from Yunnan, China to Penang for some nice local delicacies. However, they were complaining about our food is not spicy enough. I may have introduced to you one of the best Ramen in my blog which is called Marutama Ramen @Fahrenheit88 . Well, this time I will introduce to you another one of the best Ramen which is right opposite Fahrenheit88 which is Pavilion. The restaurant name is located at the Tokyo Street of Pavilion at it is called, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka. This restaurant is established in 1988 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Santouka founder - Hitoshi Hatanaka wanted to develop a classic Ramen for all to savor to the last, spoonful and topped with a fabulous char-siu pork.
