Soup Master @Food Fare, Clementi Mall

My food exploration at Singapore has never got a sign of real improvement yet. This time more disappointment at Soup Master which is located in a food court which is known as Food Fare inside Clementi Mall. They have a lot of other branches around Singapore too.
Only 8 types of soup choices to choose from.
Showing some of the Chinese herbs that they used in their soup.
As you can see, they have a lot of pots specially made for each type of soups.
You can choose either pumpkin rice or white rice to accompany with your desire soup. The first bite of the pumpkin rice is quite delicious but when near the end you will taste it is just ok.
Ten Tonic Ginseng Chicken Soup @S$6.50
Outlook: 2/5
Creativity: 3/5
Taste: 3/5
Price: 3/5
Overall: 2/5 - In the soup, you will only see this large piece of chicken and nothing else. The chicken with the so-so taste and the soup taste does not really herbal enough to give me a good impression on it. But the next soup is the worst.
Buddha Jumps Over The Wall @S$8.00
Outlook: 3/5
Creativity: 2/5
Taste: 1/5
Price: 1/5
Overall: 2/5 - Buddha Jumps Over The Wall is consider as the most prestigious soup among all Chinese herbal soup. This one is really disgracing the name of it.  A typical recipe requires many ingredients including quail eggs, bamboo shoots, scallops, sea cucumber, abalone, shark fin, chicken, Jinhua ham, pork tendon, ginseng, mushrooms, and taro. As for this...it has only the chicken and abalone which fits the basic requirements.

One and only piece of abalone that is given by them. Pathetic.

Magnum Cafe @IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Outlook: 5/5
Creativity: 5/5
Taste: 4/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 4/5 - It contains of cashew meringue, Mascarpone cream, honey balsamic cream served with white chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum topped with freeze dried raspberries and fresh strawberries. My suggestion is to mix them all together including the ice cream itself otherwise by eating the ice cream alone will be too sweet. Once you mixed them all together, the magic comes. The sensational taste of creamy, crunchy, a little sourish kick and sweetness combining all together to create a wonderful ice cream dessert. Definitely is a must order dessert when you are there.

Overall: 3/5 - It is also known as their signature Symphony of Starters, which takes you across the breadth of Indochinese cuisine with Vietnamese shrimp crystal rolls, lemongrass prawns, Cambodian-style deep-fried shrimp cakes and minced chicken on cinnamon sticks. All served with a variety of piquant sauces. The plate is just nice for 2 pax but the price is too expensive for that small portion.

Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - If you think that coconut soup should be a milky soup, then you are wrong. This is a chicken tomyam clear soup with coconut meat in it. Very delicious and creative way to make it. The coconut meat is the highlight of the entire soup. It just gave the soup an extra coconut fragrance in it and of course, they are edible. Do not worry, the soup is not too spicy.
