Barnacles Restaurant & Bar, Siloso Beach

Do not ever try to think that you can dine somewhere cheap at Sentosa. Here is some of the restaurants which is available at Sentosa at it is located at the end of Siloso Beach.
Since I am going to spend MORE money than usual so why not go for the best which is the Barnacles Restaurant & Bar.
Located by the sea with nice landscape surrounding it. But over here does not have a beach. One thing you can expect is their sunset. Nice!
Not I am the only one who is captivated by the landscape here. There are people already start enjoying their shooting session here.
That is the best I could get since there is a large cloud underneath it. Too bad...no luck.
LEt's get back to the restaurant. I think my food is served. LOL
Alright, they already have breads for us to start with. Amazingly, this restaurant is not stingy enough in serving their breads because usually the restaurant I went in will just serve two buns only. Without a doubt, all of their breads are yummy especially when they purposely reheat them before serving us! Added points for them!
She is enjoying her bread stick. Lovely!
I forgot what is this but it is complimentary too! Oh my...
I tried Pina Colada before but what about a Banana Colada @ S$13.00++? It is a mixed fruit between banana and pineapple. Not a bad combination and believe this is the best drink to have when you are at the beach.
Chilled Grapefruit @S$7.50++. If you cannot recall what is a grapefruit, let me help you out. It looks like orange but with a red meat. Remember? Anyway, it is not my type of drinks.
Barn Mixed Grill @S$46.00++
Outlook: 4/5

Taste: 5/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 3/5 - It is a combination of Lamb, Beef, Pork Sausages and Prawns. It is just nice for one person portion but we had it for two persons because we were quite full after those breads. We really enjoying this food so much. The prawn is nicely grilled where you can taste the grilling taste together with the tangy meat. As for the beef which was made medium rare, it was splendid which it melted in your mouth easily! As for the lamb, the gamey taste is not so strong and not so hard to chew either. Lastly is the pork sausage which is quite ok but nothing special to point out about. This is the best meal I ever had in Singapore for this round of trip. However, the price is quite expensive when all the meats are giving in quite small portion.

Dessert Sampler @S$28.00++
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 3/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 3/5 - We waited 30 minutes for this dessert. Too long enough which we really unable to enjoy the goodness in this dessert. So my comments may not be accurate because of my frustration. Anyway, I do trust my taste bud that, this dessert is below par for a restaurant like this. This dessert combined 4 most popular dessert at all times into one plate which are chocolate fondant, crème brulee, banana and
walnut pudding and 2 profiteroles with mango sherbet and vanilla ice cream. Nothing special in them to be good enough to leave a good memory for me.

There is a life band walking table by table and sing some old songs to the customers. You can leave them some tips if you like them very much otherwise it is not chargeable but they did not come to our table. I am so disappointed.
Total Damage: S$111.25
Ambiance: 5/5

Recommended?: Yes, for the ambiance.
