Minori Japanese Restaurant, The Royale Bintang Hotel

Hah!!! Have been missing my Japanese cuisine post? If yes, do not miss this one which is Minori Japanese Restaurant and it is located inside The Royale Bintang Hotel.
This is the dining area which you should be expecting since it is a luxury 5 stars hotel. No great scenery will be expected from the window seat since it is located at the ground floor.
Before I proceed further to introduce you the food, please allow me to explain to you that there will be no sushi and sashimi like I used to introduce here. Please do not get upset and let me explain why. The reason is I visited this restaurant at a bad time because their fresh seafood is mostly sold out. They wouldn't want to serve to me those which are no longer fresh to disappoint me. Their fresh seafood will be replenished every Tuesday and Friday.
Their green tea is charged at RM3.00/pax. I prefer a Japanese restaurant that served free green tea to their customers. By the way, this is not their green tea.

Overall: 4/5 - This is their signature Japanese soup in the pot. With their premium seafood ingredients in the pot has made the soup is very fresh, sweet and delightful. You cannot refill this soup unless you willing to pay the same price again.

Since there are no fresh seafood but their red meat is still worth to order. Especially their signature volcano hot stone grill. They are a lot of meat for you to choose from to grill on the stone except pork. This is a pork free restaurant.
You will be given a volcanic stone with a tiny stove below to heat it up for you to grill any meat you order. You will need to grill the meat yourself. Please be aware that the oil from this hot stone does sprinkle around you will definitely cannot avoid it so do bear with it.

Overall: 4/5 - This is a 10 pieces of duck meat but in much affordable price. This duck meat are so juicy and soft. You still need to chew a little but it is still gently melt on your tongue. You will be craving for more. Definitely!

They will change a new volcanic stone if you plan to grill other type of meat. Every meat will comes together with a corn, mushrooms and cucumbers. These meats are too small to make you feel full so you might need to order something extras!
They have their very own sauce for each meat you ordered. Very creative and thoughtful indeed.

Overall: 4/5 - This set of cold udon is comes with a bowl of duck soup. This cold udon will dip in the duck soup instead of the sauce that you used to see when you ordered a cold noodles like soba or udon. Very creative and delicious. It is a whole new experience for me in having this cold noodles.

This is the duck soup with few pieces of same duck meat which I had earlier. Hooray! More duck meat as what I have wished for!
