As usual whenever I got a vacant time at KL, I will visited my Elayne jie and we will find a new restaurant to dine. This time we went to Mon Boulangerie & Kitchen where both of us have not tried yet. During lunch, they provide free drinks for every main course you ordered.

Chicken Pie with Fries
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 3/5
Overall: 4/5 - I like the inside of the chicken pie which is the same like the mushroom soup. However, I do not really enjoy an overly oily crust. I am very particular when a food is oily.

Chicken Spaghetti Pesto
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 3/5
Overall: 3/5 - I have tried a real pesto which was made by a friend of mine in my previous post. This is nothing near that. However, it is not that bad at all. Just that I feel there is a need for an improvement on the pesto taste.

Tiramisu
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 2/5
Overall: 3/5 - A little too hard and the coffee taste is too strong for my liking. I prefer a Rum taste Tiramisu. Maria's Restaurant & Cafe is still holding the best Tiramisu in my heart.

No, I am not in a farm. I am in the zoo and it is Zoo Melaka. The last time I was brought by my parents. Today, I am a parent myself bringing my family to this place again. I do not remember the old ticket price. I wonder if there is any increment but I believe it should be increased a little after so long. Right now the price is RM17.80 (adult) and RM7.10 (child). It is not really expensive if you are comparing with the nearest safari park at A Famosa Water Park which is cost over RM40/pax.  If you did not bring a stroller for your kids with you, do not worry. They have a stroller to rent which is just RM10 for the whole day. The condition of the stroller looks old and ugly but for my kid, he just love to be in it. So it is worthwhile. Pulau Tenggol, Dungun

Pulau Tenggol has been promoted quite aggressively by our Malaysian Tourism since 4 years ago. The result is quite successful to attract our local citizen to make their visit on this beautiful island. Pulau Tenggol is located off Dungun Jetty. The nearest airport is Kerteh Airport which at this moment only Malindo Air will fly to this airport. From Kerteh to Dungun is only need less than 30 minutes. As for other local aviation companies will only land at Sultan Mahmud Airport, Kuala Terengganu which needs at least an hour to reach Dungun. You may need to take a 45 minutes boat ride to Pulau Tenggol. You are advice to book in advance with the resort that you are going to stay on this island first before you visit. The reason is there is no public boat or ferry to take you to this island. All the boats at the jetty are resorts' respective private boats. Just below Marini's on 57 , there is a Japanese restaurant which is known as Nobu at Level 56. To get to here, you have to go to Pertronas Tower 3 which is located near Chanel outlet if you are coming from inside the Suria KLCC mall. They are open as early as 6.00pm so that you have enough time to catch the sunset which is pretty awesome. The night scenery is the one everyone is waiting for to see. It is quite fun to spot familiar buildings in the night like this. It is really an awesome feeling to sit so up close and personal with  Petronas Twin Tower. This is what you see when you look up through the window. During at night, you can see beautiful lights shining all over the tower. I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. You will never know time flies when you are having those things at the waiting area. Something that Sushi Zanmai needs to consider. Did you realized that whenever we talk about a Japanese restaurant in The Intermark, we only know Hanare Japanese Restaurant because they are popular in serving buffet during the weekends. However, I have to introduce a Japanese restaurant that is way better than Harare Japanese Restaurant  which is Kin No Mizu Japanese Dining.  This exquisite restaurant is rarely visible to us because it is located at the second floor inside The Intermark. You will notice this restaurant if you are staying in Double Tree by Hilton.  They do not serve buffet but deliver the best ala-carte fine dining experience. We were place on a table where we are sitting on top of a pond. Only the tempered glass that is holding us from getting ourselves soak into pond. This is my first time dining at Sentul and glad to know this great Chinese restaurant which is known as Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong. This is the crowd at 6.00pm on Sunday. Crazy right? Let you see from another angle. They just own one shop lot but seems like owning an extra 4 parking space but still they are people standing and waiting for their seat including me! Dessert...dessert...dessert...who does not like them? No matter how full you are you will still have the space for them. They are just magical! After with her colleagues and always a must and a routine to dine together with her mom as well. I pretty much bored to hear them keep saying having their dinner at Peel Road, Pudu, Maluri and blah blah blah. So this time I have to bring them to the place I stayed before for almost 3 years which is Taman Connaught. I miss this place so much. A lot of memories here. Anyway, the restaurant is called Big Tree Lin Kee Steam Fish Head. They has another branch opposite this taman which is known as Taman Tayton. This is the branch. Seeing her in an average of 2 months once with lots of difference in her looks and her life. Feel like started for not able to catch up with her already.
