Happy Full House Cafe, Kluang

Let's get back to Kluang again and lately I have got the opportunity to explore more on Kluang's latest new opening restaurant which is called Happy Full House Cafe. Sound like the Fullhouse Lifestyle & Cafe that we used to know of. When we were there on the weekdays lunch, it is full packed with customers. They really "full house" at that moment. Sometimes I feel is just the locals here just love to try new things.

Floral Tea @RM4.90
Outlook: 3/5

Taste: 1/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 2/5 - One of their signature drinks is their floral tea. If to compare this floral tea and the one I had at Hainan Tea, you will find that the huge difference between them. The coloration of the drink is the main focus. This is still the same color like the plain water even we have finished our food and it is still remain the same. So you can expect what taste of it to be like. Expired floral tea...maybe? Anyway, is an embarrassment.

Wheat Grass Aloe Vera @RM3.90
Outlook: 2/5
Creativity: 2/5
Taste: 2/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 2/5 - Another signature drinks of theirs is their aloe vera drinks. Nothing wrong with the aloe vera. It is just the wheat grass juice which I feel like drinking a colored drink.

Moonlight Kuey Tiau @RM5.00
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 3/5

Overall: 3/5 - Quite delicious when taste the first 10 bites, after that you will need water. MSG level is a bit at the high.

Teriyaki Chicken @RM12.90
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 3/5
Taste: 2/5
Price: 3/5
Overall: 3/5 - About cooking, salty is not the only taste to aim for to make a dish complete with a taste. Actually, there are many other taste to aim for. I do not why most of the restaurant just loves to bring saltiness into their menu. Salty is just the supporting actor, the main actor is the natural taste from the food themselves. If you can bring them out as the main actor, you are a good chef.

New opening, new hope to the city in food but disappointment in the end. I wonder how long such crowd will last. Hopefully they start to change or else they will only get one time customer only from this small population city.
Total Damage: RM26.70
Ambiance: 3/5
Service: 4/5
Food Serving Speed: Slow
Will I Revisit?: No
