Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Marina Bay Sands, this is a truly amazing building. An integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore is developed by Las Vegas Sands, a resort casino based in Nevada, USA. Marina Bay Sands has billed as world's most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion, including the cost of the prime land which is opened in 17 February 2011.

This building is one of the two winning proposals for Singapore's first Integrated Resorts, the other being the Resorts World Sentosa, which incorporates a family-friendly Universal Studios Theme Park. Both of them entitled for a 40-year casino licenses. Marina Bay Sands is designed by Moshe Safdie who initially inspired by card decks and together with 2 feng shui consultants, the late Master Chong Swan Lek and Master Louisa Ong-Lee.

What makes my friend reacting like that kicking towards the building???
Oh...is Louis Vuitton. A standalone building which is owned by LV alone with a personal boat to take you there. That is something worth to jealous about.
She prefers Chanel than Louis Vuitton. Girls...*shakehead*

We are just in love with this great place. It is an architecture masterpiece. Facing the CBD district. This is just an amazing feng shui!

Price: 2/5
Overall: 4/5 - It contains of cashew meringue, Mascarpone cream, honey balsamic cream served with white chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum topped with freeze dried raspberries and fresh strawberries. My suggestion is to mix them all together including the ice cream itself otherwise by eating the ice cream alone will be too sweet. Once you mixed them all together, the magic comes. The sensational taste of creamy, crunchy, a little sourish kick and sweetness combining all together to create a wonderful ice cream dessert. Definitely is a must order dessert when you are there.

Overall: 3/5 - It is also known as their signature Symphony of Starters, which takes you across the breadth of Indochinese cuisine with Vietnamese shrimp crystal rolls, lemongrass prawns, Cambodian-style deep-fried shrimp cakes and minced chicken on cinnamon sticks. All served with a variety of piquant sauces. The plate is just nice for 2 pax but the price is too expensive for that small portion.

Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - If you think that coconut soup should be a milky soup, then you are wrong. This is a chicken tomyam clear soup with coconut meat in it. Very delicious and creative way to make it. The coconut meat is the highlight of the entire soup. It just gave the soup an extra coconut fragrance in it and of course, they are edible. Do not worry, the soup is not too spicy.
