Zhia's Kitchen Restaurant @Berjaya Times Square
Let me share some Chinese cuisine after so much concentration on Korean and Japanese food already. This time I will bring you to a place which is something similar with Food & Tea Restaurant, Wong Kok Char Chang Teng and Kim Gary Restaurant. This place is called Zhia's Kitchen Restaurant which is located opposite Secret Recipe and next to Sakae Sushi @Berjaya Times Square.
Here we are served by their big and tidy menu if to compare with Kim Gary's menu.
We are there quite early on weekdays because we are not having our breakfast in the morning. So here we are for our brunch with only 2 tables are occupied. However, soon after that...crowds are visibly storming in.
Green Tea Honey Milk @RM3.90++
Overall: 4/5 - I love Green Tea and I love Honey Milk. These is just a perfect drink for me and they are blended so well.
Red Bean Honey Milk @RM3.90++
Overall: 3/5 - I love Red Bean and I love Honey Milk. But this drink just do not blend. The sweetness from red bean and honey have make this drink becomes super sweet!!! The red bean should have left it pure red bean without any sugar or sweet syrup added. Just let the honey to do the sweet job.
Honey BBQ Char Siew with Noodle @RM9.90++
Overall: 3/5 - Delicious meat and noodle but spoiled by the salty sauce. However, the price is a bit way too expensive for a noodle like this.
Seafood Thai Fried Rice @RM14.90++
Overall: 2/5 - Hardly see any seafood, right? But already cost RM14.90++. Actually when I dig deeper, I saw slightly bigger prawn than a usual one in there. However, there are only 2.
Herbal Chicken Soup @RM6.50++
Overall: 2/5 - Hardly see or even taste herbal in it. All I can taste is the MSG soup with very mild herbal taste.
Another disappointing restaurant I have to say. I have to admit that they cannot last long if continue like this.
Food Serving Speed: Moderate
