Yuzu Japanese Restaurant @The Gardens Mall

I do not know if I ever one day cover all the Japanese Restaurant in Malaysia. The reason I am saying this is because the competitiveness in Japanese Cuisine is just to great. So many Japanese Restaurant and you really will not know where is better. However, a Japanese Restaurant that opens in a shopping mall will always get the upper hand in the competition. Yuzu Japanese Restaurant is one of the example that securing their outlets at 2 of the well known shopping mall which are The Gardens Mall and Suria KLCC.

Playing around with the basic Japanese table set.
All the above is their Unagi set with Soba
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 4/5
Overall: 4/5 - When combining both of my favorite Unagi and Soba, this is a brilliant set. I love every single of it. It is quite worthwhile to order their set meal rather than Rakuzen.

Sushi Moriawase Set
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 4/5
Overall: 4/5 - Seriously the sushi is not enough for me! Very fresh and I love a sushi which their rice stick firmly even with my lousy chopstick skill.

Every single Japanese Restaurants are striving hard to make sure their quality is the best. However, that is not enough to retain a customer's heart in this current competitive market now. In order for them to survive for long term, I do believe competitive price is the only option to be stand out against others. Yes, if you from a Business School, no matter how bad a market competing each other, adjusting your price is always the last option. Unfortunately for Japanese Cuisine, they already reaching at the stage where the only restaurant who has the more capital to withstand the business storm will survive longer.
Ambiance: 5/5
Service: 4/5
Food Serving Speed: Slow
Will I Revisit?: Yes, for a Sashimi that I missed as always
