GoGung Fusion by Koryo-Won @The Gardens Mall

Korean cuisine especially for their BBQ, lamb, chicken, beef and pork are inevitable in their menu. However, I find it rather interesting when I went into a Korean Restaurant called GoGung Fusion @The Gardens, pork is not in their menu. Yes, this is a Halal Korean Restaurant. Good news for Muslim citizens! Without important pork set in their menu, they come one with other interesting meat such as duck, squid, prawns and fish.

When I first enter this restaurant, I feel very uncomfortable because it is quite dark and only one table is occupied. According to the restaurant manager, their light bulbs are spoiled. Hmm...they should fix it real fast because possible patrons will assume the restaurant is not open. We changed our seats for three times in this restaurant which is first the seat was too dark and second was because their stove is spoiled which they given us the option to cook the meal at the other table and bring over to our table. Well, no way for me because I need to capture pictures of it, right?

All set to have a feast on our BBQ meat.
These are their side dishes. I pretty like their refillable side dishes. Quite delicious. Houston, we got a problem! As you can see on the stove, only one side with fire and another side spoiled.
After changing the table, here we are setting all up again. Dak Gal Bi Kui and Lamb Gal Bi are in first.
They are almost done and ready to eat. Arghh...can't wait. Side dishes can't fill me up!
Next, we have Ori Jumuluck on the grilling plate!
Finally everything is done and we ready to feast on them!!!

This is the place where you will get a Halal Korean Cuisine. If you notice, for a halal restaurant will always more expensive than a non-halal restaurant. So goes to Korean Cuisine. FYI, we did not order any special drinks and just 2 glasses of warm water which is FOC.
We are very glad and proud to be served by a Nepalese waiter who is very attentive with our needs without being ask. He will refill our side dishes before it is new empty, refill our drinks and also volunteer to take duet photo for us. This is what we called an exceptional customer service.

Total Damage: RM178.65
Ambiance: 3/5
Service: 4/5
Food Serving Speed: Moderate
Will I Revisit?: Recommended to all my Muslim friends but not for me as there are similar standard Korean Cuisine which is much cheaper.
