Dining in Gulangyu Vile is very expensive and very lack of varieties during lunch period. I was attracted by the guy standing there announcing their restaurant's lunch set promo. This restaurant is called 索菲克. It is a retail restaurant which serves western food and Chinese food as well. The best part is they provide free wi-fi too. It is good for foreigners like me.
The layout and the ambiance of this restaurant is very comfy and relaxing.

We had 2 different sets of set lunch. One of them is a western set lunch which is cost at RMB40.00 which consists of a glass of red tea, muffins, beef steak, dessert and fruits.

Overall: 2/5 - The beef steak is badly done and as you can see it is a very thin piece of beef. The fettuccine was cold when they served. Not worth it.

Overall: 3/5 - This Chinese Set Lunch consists of steamed egg, radish soup, fish, chicken and vegetable. It is really a complete set lunch for me. I can eat two bowls of rice with these delicious food. The soup is not that good but the rest were excellent!

Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! The price of the bowling is cost at RM4.80 per game per pax. We went at their most peak hours so their price basically has not much different than our KL City price. Chong Siew Lam Restaurant, Serdang

Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. They only serve for lunch so do expect great crowd roaming to this place between 12.00pm to 2.00pm.  Steamed Tilapia Fish Head @RM20.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - Tilapia is a freshwater fish and the best is to steam it. This is my first time dining at Sentul and glad to know this great Chinese restaurant which is known as Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong. This is the crowd at 6.00pm on Sunday. Crazy right? Let you see from another angle. They just own one shop lot but seems like owning an extra 4 parking space but still they are people standing and waiting for their seat including me! Once again being a free tour guide for a group of people from Yunnan, China to Penang for some nice local delicacies. However, they were complaining about our food is not spicy enough. My sister is preparing for her final but she always try to push herself to the limit whenever her slightly selfish brother wishes to see her. Ya, the fortunate brother is me. Well, you can't blame me when I live 3 hours away from her. Of course will miss her at the moment she is not longer by my side. So today, she is here with me and I suddenly wanted to eat prawn mee. The real reason for it is because I have yet to find the finest prawn mee here at KL after staying here before for 8 years. So somehow we came across with Soo Kee's Son (Meng Chuan) Prawn & Beef Noodles which is located at Medan Imbi. Most of people think if you travel to Hatyai and not visiting their temples, you are just wasting your time at Hatyai. As for my personal opinion, if you come to Hatyai and did not go to Sports Shooting Club (SSC) Hatyai to experience the shooting experience with a real gun, I think you are not just wasting your time at Hatyai but you are wasting your time being a human. You only live once and there is no better way to understand these guns than coming over to SSC.   Their gun selections are enough to satisfy your urge. From rifle, pistols, revolvers to shotguns. You would be surprised that their rifle is the cheapest. The price is stated from 890 baht nett for a 15 rounds.  I have tried the rifle, beretta and this Smith and Wesson 4506 .45 ACP. By the appearance of it, Restoran Yu Hing definitely doesn't look appealing enough to become a tourist spot for you as your dining choice. However, I am still going to introduce to you their noodle. They do serve other variety of food but something worth to be here is only their noodle which is known as Beaufort Fried Noodle. Beaufort is a name of a town in Sabah. This is their very own local delicacies which you won't find it easily at any part of Malaysia or even Sabah. You have to be either in Kota Kinabalu or Beaufort to experience it. It has been quite some time I have not had butter crab in KL. The last memory is still vividly in my mind. To refresh my mind again, I decided to dine in Restoran New Wong Poh. I found this restaurant by just typing "Butter Crab in KL" and this restaurant name was listed 6 out of 10 results in the first page. This restaurant must be real good!
