Alright, let's move on about Miri. This astonishing scenery is from Meritz Hotel. This is a newly built hotel which is still under construction yet for certain part which you will hear they working as early as 8.00am and as late as 8.00pm. Pretty annoying despite this great scenery. Anyway, let's move on to the first food I dine at Miri which is at Jing Wood Cafe. It is a hawker center with no much choices to choose from. Well, basically in Miri there are pretty few choices to choose from especially for their dinner. So I have to carry on with this.
Chee Cheong Fun (Prawn) @RM4.00

Overall: 3/5 - The prawns are so few and the overall taste is very commonly done like anywhere else. Nothing special.

BBQ Pork (100g) @RM8.00

Overall: 3/5 - This is not bad. The pork is well BBQ and it is very delicious. A good discovery but the price is a little steep. 100g is the smallest and what follow next will be 150g, 200g and so on.

This is the place and there is a smelly drain under where we are seating here. Pretty unpleasant smell. Not really recommended place to eat but what a start for my day at Miri.
On the day I reached Miri, I was treated with a gun shooting scene happened in the town which happened to be two cars were shooting at each other along the road until one was shot dead and the car ramp towards a divider of the road. What a scene! Never know such thing is happening at a small town like this. I was at first thought it was some Hollywood film coming to Miri for their latest movie shot. Lucky that no citizens are injured or killed in this incident.

My breakfast choices under the same category with Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie , Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie and The Loaf  has increased with The Bakery has added into the list. The Bakery @Ukay Heights is opened by Thomas Francois Pagnoux, They has another branch opened at Sri Hartamas.  According to the French lady boss, this is an antique cashier machine which is only can be found at France. Baguette @RM4.30. This is my favorite bread which I always takeaway to accompany with delicious creamy butter. Other breads which are my favorite as well. This is their cake sessions. Have you ever stay in a Durian Farm before? No? At Bao Sheng Durian Farm, you can do it! This 6.7 acres durian farm has been established in Balik Pulau since 1959. It really took them full 60 years to get the fruit of their hard work. Their villa is well equipped with air-con, hot shower and LCD TV with hundreds of Blu-Ray quality movies in it! They have existing queen size or king size bed and extra bed can be requested. To get close and personal with the King of Fruit...the accommodation charges will be Deluxe Villa is charged at RM280/night and standard villa will cost you RM180/night. I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. It has been a very long time since I have written about a Korean cuisine. I have been upset by a lot of new Korean restaurants recently until the point of time I truly forgot when was the best time I had a good Korean meal before. Lately, as I have been keep exploring the food places in Sri Petaling, my Elayna Jie recommended me again a restaurant called Mi Na Rae. Mi Na Rae Korean Restaurant is located at the first floor. Have you ever wonder why most of the Korean likes to open their restaurant upstairs? I really do not know why and it seems like a culture to them. The set up is very humble and cozy. A simple restaurant like this is selling a very expensive seafood noodle. This restaurant is known as Restoran Yu Ai. Everyone at Segambut knows about this restaurant not just because of their food being expensive but rumored to be very delicious too.  The moment we are at the entrance we can feel the great heat from this area. Yamaguchi Fish Market is inspired by fish market in Japan which allows customer to choose seafood from the market and they will prepared for them either in sushi or sashimi for them to eat fresh. That's the original way how it was started but time goes by competition is getting harder, many came out with different idea. So does Yamaguchi Fish Market to have it in a restaurant instead of a market. They have sushi bar for customers to appreciate the chef serving the food right in front of them. The seating are not a lot because mostly it has been placed by their tank to put their live seafood.
