Thung Nham Bird Park, Ninh Binh

While Trang An, Tam Coc – Bich Dong are the destinations which have become familiar, Thung Nham is still a relatively unfamiliar name for visitors coming to Ninh Binh. Thung Nham in Ninh Binh is also known under the name Thung Chim, it is the home of thousands kinds of bird. Travel to Thung Nham bird valley, you will be immersed in the wild and nature, enjoy fresh atmosphere and quietly listen to thousands birds are singing.

It costs 100,000vnd per person. It is really costly for an entrance fee. However, there is a reason to it. After you have visited this place, you will realized how much work they have done for. They should very well earned it. A reminder, don't visit here after the sun set because most of the attractions are closed. So it is not worth it anymore.

Take a boat to the mangrove forests of Thung Nham Bird Park to watch birds. You should go to the range late afternoon about 5pm, time for bird foraging.

The best time to visit the bird garden is in the autumn when the weather is cold, about 5 pm when the birds find for food. However, if you cannot arrange the time, you can come to between 5 am and 7am or between 4pm and 6pm to see birds flying.

This is the habitat of more than 40 species of birds such as Constellation, Phoenix, Stork, cauldron, leek, leech, fire prick…Have in the flooded forest to see the nature has given favor to Thung Nham scenic wild, wonders. It claims to be open for 24 hours but their boat ride ends. However, there is almost not a soul at night here but lights. Pretty creepy and too quiet.

No stalls or restaurants are opened at this hour which makes me wondering why they are still open for tourists at this hour. For your information, if you are visiting at this hour, you just have to pay 50,000vnd per person only.
