The most basic thing a godfather got to do is to celebrate his god daughter's birthday every year. That's one thing I will make sure I will not fail doing it. This year I had the celebration held at 5.1 Cafe Gallery.  Normally, a restaurant owner will try to fully utilized the shop space with more tables and chairs to accommodate more customers. However, he chose to have this special section which can put 2 tables at least to put his photograph and some antiques. From here, you should have able to guess that the owner has a strong passion in photography too. There are a lot of cute and small stuffs which you can't resist not to feed into your instagram. Most of the cafes that I have been will only put smaller tables which only can fit 2 pax and barely can make it four because they want to maximize the space with customers. Chef Don Daniel Theseira is the owner of Duke & Duchess and Uncle Don's who has the concept of serving good quality food and beverage at a very low price in a 5 stars environment. He is from Melaka with 38 years and counting in culinary in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. He had opened 5 branches in Klang Valley and I am expecting to be more in other cities soon. I never know there are two Lala Chong Seafood Village restaurant and I didn't even know both of them located at Ara Damansara. Even though they are located at the same area but the main branch is located at Kayu Ara Damansara which is 20 minutes away from here. Same area but not really close because of too many twists and turns road to reach. It was confusing enough to make us lost our way. Some group ended up at the main branch while I was here at the other branch. I am wondering what is their business strategy in opening another branch. We just had our tiring caving adventure at Gua Tempurung and we were exhausted and extremely hungry especially when we had skipped our lunch in the cave. Thanks to Emily, she introduced me this restaurant, Restoran Rawang Famous Steam Fish. I know this famous restaurant with their famous one person one fish concept which I have been always wanted to try someday in KL but didn't expect them to be in Ipoh already. So I might as well completing my desire in Ipoh instead. We had 18 person for the dinner and we all sit in one large table. It was a little bit cramp but we managed to sit through out our dinner since we were so hungry already. We already care less about our personal space.
