Overall: 4/5 - This is the best somen that I had so far. The reason is the noodle is so fine and does not stick to each other. However, the primary reason for its full mark is the sauce. The sauce is not too salty like other restaurants which is just nice to accompany with this somen. Perfect!

Overall: 2/5 - While it is hot, the first bite is truly delicious. However, after that you will realized that this Japanese fried rice is lack of "wok hei" which means the fire to cook this fried rice is not hot enough. This is very essential for a fried rice.

Overall: 3/5 - It must be accompany with their mayonnaise or else this cuttlefish will be quite tasteless. I feel that it is lacking the grill taste in it. However, it is still consider as a very good signature dish.

Overall: 3/5 - This cod fish can look and taste oily but the oil is from the pure butter so it brings the fragrance out from the fish. So it is very delicious. However, it is a very small piece of meat to be priced this high

Overall: 3/5 - It does melts in your mouth straight away but the sauce is a little too sweet. That is a disappointment.
Overall, this restaurant can be very good but they have lack of choices after their salmon has sold out. The price is a little too high for a common restaurant like this.
