Too much heaty food and it is time to eat the soft and tender tau fu fah.
Close shot on it. I still prefer a tau fu fah is mized with hot soya bean milk. That will be perfect and less sweet.

Once again being a free tour guide for a group of people from Yunnan, China to Penang for some nice local delicacies. However, they were complaining about our food is not spicy enough. This is my first time dining at Sentul and glad to know this great Chinese restaurant which is known as Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong. This is the crowd at 6.00pm on Sunday. Crazy right? Let you see from another angle. They just own one shop lot but seems like owning an extra 4 parking space but still they are people standing and waiting for their seat including me! Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. They only serve for lunch so do expect great crowd roaming to this place between 12.00pm to 2.00pm.  Steamed Tilapia Fish Head @RM20.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - Tilapia is a freshwater fish and the best is to steam it. I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. That day my dream comes true when I finally able to have my tea time at TWG Tea with my two beloved ladies in my life. Yay! I always meet my Elayne jie whenever I am at KL. Sometimes I feel I am going to make her very bored already but I just love to find her even we do not have to talk a lot. Back to the topic, this is the menu of what you will see from the entrance. They do not just serve tea and bread only. They do serve western meal too but I prefer this place for a great tea time because of their exquisite outlook and comfortable seating. A tea book. Have you ever stay in a Durian Farm before? No? At Bao Sheng Durian Farm, you can do it! This 6.7 acres durian farm has been established in Balik Pulau since 1959. It really took them full 60 years to get the fruit of their hard work. Their villa is well equipped with air-con, hot shower and LCD TV with hundreds of Blu-Ray quality movies in it! They have existing queen size or king size bed and extra bed can be requested. To get close and personal with the King of Fruit...the accommodation charges will be Deluxe Villa is charged at RM280/night and standard villa will cost you RM180/night. They only have 1 Deluxe Villa and 2 Standard Villa only. So it is very easy to be fully booked during the durian season. There are two best bak kut teh in Kota Kinabalu that I have known so far. One is known as Yu Kee Bak Kut Teh  and the other one is known as Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh. There are just located one street away from each other. However, both of them got the same jam packed customers as you can see from the picture above. You just cannot detect any available seat around. This is how good they are. The one and only chef in action to prepare the whole bak kut teh to all the patrons. The surprising part is the serving speed was extremely fast. Usually when you see so many people, you might think you will need to wait for quite some time but he can make sure you will get your food at the fastest speed. I still can remember my those days still working in an event company, I always fly to Kota Kinabalu 4 times a year and Kedai Restoran Kuo Man for their delicious breakfast. This restaurant has been here for decades and their size is still the same after so many years since my last visit. One thing never change is their taste. Their homemade sauce is the reason people are here for. Spicy fragrance and savory taste is definitely irresistible.  Their dried noodle is the one who is prefer the most. Tangy and springy noodle as if it is jumping around your mouth. I like that kind of feeling. That is how a noodle suppose to be like. They do have soup based noodle @RM8.50 too which is not that good as the noodle has soaking up too much soup which has made the whole noodle is saggy and soft.
