Signal Observation Hill, Kota Kinabalu

The highest point to observe the whole Kota Kinabalu City is not Mount Kinabalu of course. You cannot see the city from there. Too high! The place I would like to mention is Signal Observation Hill. It is located just 5 minutes away from Jesselton Point.

It is not a very tall hill. So the view you will be seeing is just almost the same level with the buildings around it.
In the near future, we can expect a nice cup of coffee beside the city view. That's a good enjoyment.
That's the whole view of the observation deck.
Not a place you MUST come but definitely you can spend your extra time here if you have. Otherwise, just stay in your hotel room because you can't see sunset here as all the buildings has already cover the view.

By the appearance of it, Restoran Yu Hing definitely doesn't look appealing enough to become a tourist spot for you as your dining choice. However, I am still going to introduce to you their noodle. They do serve other variety of food but something worth to be here is only their noodle which is known as Beaufort Fried Noodle. Beaufort is a name of a town in Sabah. What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. Lijiang Old Town is a big ancient town and Shuhe Ancient Town which is a smaller version of it is located at 4km to the northwest of the Lijiang Old Town, at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, lies a compact village hidden in the forest, the Shuhe Ancient Town. UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) has listed it as an important component of Lijiang as it is a well-preserved example of a town along the ancient tea route and one of the earliest settlements of the ancestors of Naxi people. It is called 'the hometown of springs'.. To get to here: Daily shuttle buses depart from Lijiang Ancient City to Shuhe Ancient Town, a great convenience for travelers. So there are no air-conditioner provided and you are surrounded by greens. Very nice atmosphere to have your meals. An exotic dining experience! Tamarind Springs serves Indochinese Cuisine so you will be expecting Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand cuisine in their menu. To get to here is a little bit tricky. The Cang Mountains (Cangshan) are a mountain range west of Dali City. Their snow-capped peaks, flowing clouds, murmuring brooks, diverse flora, and historical temples make them one of the most famous attractions in Dali. It is a great place to enjoy a bird's eye view of Erhai Lake and Dali Ancient Town. Cable car and hiking are both great ways to enjoy the scenery of the mountains. However, you have to know there are three cableways in the mountains: Ximatan Cableway, Zhonghe Cableway, and Gantong Cableway. I just know after I know my tour package is going to Zhonghe Cableway.
