Tonkatsu Anzu, Lot 10

Tonkatsu Anzu is one of the popular place for diners at The Tokyo Restaurant, Lot 10. You are assured that you will walk out this restaurant with a full stomach.
First is their refillable salad.
Second is their refillable ginger and third is their refillable rice.
You will get this sesame if you order their Pork Loin Katsu Set.
My friend, Vanice was showing you what you should do with the sesame.
First, grind it until it is as fine as possible.
Second, add a scoop of their specialty sauce.
Third, mixed them well together.
Lastly, pour it on top of your Pork Loin Katsu Set and it is ready to eat!
This is the Pork Loin Katsu set cost st RM35 (small) and RM37 (big). The size different is the meat size. Hardly see any different with just RM2.00 difference to be honest. However, if you order their Thick Pork Loin Katsu Set at RM47, you will definitely realized on the difference of the thickness. It is more juicy and tender. This is my best recommendation if you are not worry about getting more cholesterol into your body.
Pork Fillet Katsu Set @RM37 (small) and RM39 (big). This is the best way to experience the softness of the red meat. However, their Pork Loin Katsu Set is still the best.
Overall, it is a great place for a tonkatsu but with a price of almost RM50 for a meal is definitely not a meal that you can afford daily. I believe not many patrons able to refill as many rice as they can. Asians are not big eaters anyway.

Overall: 3/5 - It is also known as their signature Symphony of Starters, which takes you across the breadth of Indochinese cuisine with Vietnamese shrimp crystal rolls, lemongrass prawns, Cambodian-style deep-fried shrimp cakes and minced chicken on cinnamon sticks. All served with a variety of piquant sauces. The plate is just nice for 2 pax but the price is too expensive for that small portion.

Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - If you think that coconut soup should be a milky soup, then you are wrong. This is a chicken tomyam clear soup with coconut meat in it. Very delicious and creative way to make it. The coconut meat is the highlight of the entire soup. It just gave the soup an extra coconut fragrance in it and of course, they are edible. Do not worry, the soup is not too spicy.

Magnum Cafe @IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Outlook: 5/5

Taste: 4/5
Price: 2/5
Overall: 4/5 - It contains of cashew meringue, Mascarpone cream, honey balsamic cream served with white chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum topped with freeze dried raspberries and fresh strawberries. My suggestion is to mix them all together including the ice cream itself otherwise by eating the ice cream alone will be too sweet. Once you mixed them all together, the magic comes. The sensational taste of creamy, crunchy, a little sourish kick and sweetness combining all together to create a wonderful ice cream dessert. Definitely is a must order dessert when you are there.
