In a Korean cuisine, BBQ is one of their signature dish. There are a lot of meats that are marinated using their own recipe before serve on the grilling plate. The common meat will be beef, pork, chicken, lamb, duck, cuttlefish and prawn. Personally I love duck and pork belly the most. Unlike any other ordinary traditional Korean restaurant, at Palsaik Korean BBQ restaurant, they only serve one meat and only one type of meat which is the pork belly. It is like a heaven to me when I know that their pork belly is marinated into 8 different kinds of taste. 
Their lunch hour is extremely quiet especially during the weekdays because no one got the luxury time to have lunch break in a Korean restaurant. However, during weekends and dinner. It would be a different story all together.
I have ordered their signature set of 8 colors which fit for 2-4 pax. The set comes with this big pot of spicy kimchi soup with seafood. It is really spicy for me but that is not the main point. What makes me wonder is when this set is made for 2-4 pax, how come they only give half of a flower crab only? How are we going to share among 2-4 of us?
One of the thing I like about this restaurant is they serve 4 different kinds of vegetable to wrap with the BBQ pork belly. Unlike other common Korean restaurant which will only give lettuce. Every each one of them brings a different experience to the pork belly. It is truly an remarkable experience. The best part is it is refillable.
Here comes the main dish of the set which comes with 8 different flavors which are ginseng, red wine, pine leaves, garlic, herb, curry, miso paste and hot chili sauce. I really like how they display the meat in 8 mini plates on a wooden tray. 
Their staff will cook in front of us and they will start with the first 4 tastes. Please take note that the cooking oil will be splattering around when cooking. The restaurant has to find a solution on this problem. It is really painful and annoying at the same time.
Their first waiter who cooked for us does not have a good skill. As you can see from the picture above, it should be cooked a little longer to infuse the BBQ taste in it. The second waiter did a better job. So it is important for the restaurant to maintain the quality of their waiters to make sure their skill is the same to perform same taste to all their customers.
The interested part which capture my attention is they use radish to clean the grilling plate before cooking the next 4 pork belly meat. Personally, I would prefer Pine, Herb and Soy Bean. The most disappointing one is the red wine and hot chili sauce. I barely taste the red wine and the hot chili sauce is sweet rather than spicy as what I have expected it to be.
Despite several cons but it doesn't make me to remember the pros. I am still happy with the exciting experience of different taste of pork belly. I just hope they will improve with the food grilling consistency, some tastes in the meat which is barely detectable and lastly to solve the oil splatter issue.
