Restoran Yulek Wan Tan Mee, Taman Yulek

Restoran Yulek Wan Tan Mee is one of the few who successfully evolved from a hawker stall wantan mee into a one shop lot wantan mee. This success is definitely not comes in a day or a year but more than a decade which started since 1982. They were previously known as Meng Kee Char Siew Wan Tan Mee Stall which located inside the Restoran Meng Shiang Kopitiam. 
Look at the busy kitchen which is preparing their best wantan mee to their customers. They just work tirelessly non-stop with different kind of orders on each plate starts from as early as 7.30am - 4.00pm everyday excepts Tuesday.
The reason why they are famous is because of their Char Siew. You have to specially request for their half fat and half meat char siew. Otherwise it is not really that delicious when you can't taste the succulent part within the meat. 
They do serve other than Char Siew meat too. One of them is the chicken feet. Their chicken feet is well braised and extremely smooth and juicy. As for their noodle, it is tangy and chewy but not at the state you would be awe by it.
One thing I have to acknowledge about this restaurant is their roasted pork and char siew are all served in a thicker and larger portion than other ordinary hawker stalls. However, it does come in a price which is starts from RM6.00 for a small portion.
Dining here during the weekend is a horror. You are not just can't find a seat but you also can't find a parking space. The traffic around here get congested too! So I would recommend to come during the weekdays instead. Overall, if you are having sudden crave on wantan mee and you are somewhere nearby here, do drop by. Otherwise, I do not think it is worth the trip to coming all the way for it. I still think Restoran Chan Meng Kee at SS2 served the best wantan mee.

Overall: 3/5 - It is also known as their signature Symphony of Starters, which takes you across the breadth of Indochinese cuisine with Vietnamese shrimp crystal rolls, lemongrass prawns, Cambodian-style deep-fried shrimp cakes and minced chicken on cinnamon sticks. All served with a variety of piquant sauces. The plate is just nice for 2 pax but the price is too expensive for that small portion.

Overall: 4/5 - It contains of cashew meringue, Mascarpone cream, honey balsamic cream served with white chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum topped with freeze dried raspberries and fresh strawberries. My suggestion is to mix them all together including the ice cream itself otherwise by eating the ice cream alone will be too sweet. Once you mixed them all together, the magic comes. The sensational taste of creamy, crunchy, a little sourish kick and sweetness combining all together to create a wonderful ice cream dessert. Definitely is a must order dessert when you are there.
