Restoran Fravashi @3rd Mile Square

Recently, I have been invited to a newly opened restaurant by this lovely couple, Evonne and Desmond. Their restaurant is known as Restoran Fravashi and they are serving a Mediterranean cuisine at the beginning and soon after that they have it changed to Turkish and Italian cuisine.
They are just entering this F&B business about a month plus and still at the stage of exploring the best food to serve the local market demand.
Their proud signature food is the Turkish Pizza which is what he is doing now. It comes with 4 choices which are beef, chicken, lamb and mushroom.
Turkish Pizza (chicken)
Outlook: 3/5
Creativity: 3/5
Taste: 4/5
Overall: 3/5 - It is an oval shape pizza instead of the well known ordinary round shaped. It is just nice for 2 pax. What delights me the most is the delicious cheese which is really fragrance especially when it is still hot. The only issue is the ingredients is not really well distributed throughout the whole pizza.

Lahmacun (lamb)
Outlook: 3/5
Creativity: 3/5
Taste: 3/5
Overall: 3/5 - Lamacun is a traditional Turkish cuisine which is usually made from minced lamb or beef. My opinion is the chili pepper has covered the whole lamb taste. You will find yourself eating chili pepper more than lamb meat. The idea was they were trying to cover the gamey taste. Well, they did it successfully but lost the original meaning of having a lamb meat. Anyway, for those who does not like the gamey taste, this is a good choice for you.

Baklava
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 4/5
Overall: 4/5 - Traditional Turkish dessert which she has tuned the sweetness to a level which is perfect! I like this dessert a lot. It is a good choice to accompany with their tea set.

Cinnamon Tea Set with mulberries, raisins and saffron sugar stick
Outlook: 4/5
Creativity: 4/5
Taste: 4/5
Overall: 4/5 - This is a delightful tea style from Turkey. I like the saffron sugar stick the most. By putting the whole stick into the tea can bring to you a great sweetness in the tea.

They are improving and improvising. They are going to sell Kebab soon which is only at RM5/pc! It is a steal! More upcoming surprises will be expected from them. Babe Ruth once said that "It is hard to beat a person who doesn't know how to give up." That's the quote I would like to give to this couple.
Total Damage: RM30.00
Ambiance: 3/5
Service: 5/5
Food Serving Speed: Very Fast
Recommended?: Why not? Give 'em a chance!
