Harbour HongKong Steamboat 3, Batu Pahat

From the famous and my all time favorite Restaurant Harbour Steamboat from Sri Petaling and Puchong, now they come to Batu Pahat. What a weird place to choose for a chain restaurant. Usually, a city will be chosen instead of a town.
Same like any other branches, you are allowed to state your existence here on their wall.
90% same like what you have at any other branches. The only thing is they do not have to Chinese tea to serve and their other drinks are really bad especially their juices. It is better to get their beer or any can drinks.
My auntie from England visited us for the first time after more than 4 years so I took the pleasure to take her to a steamboat. She liked it very much but she is just too shy to order more so in the end everyone still hungry after the dinner.
The food quality and the price is the same like any other branches. I am glad they opened somewhere near to me somehow. So I do not have to go to KL for it anymore.
The crowd here is not as great as in KL branches. It is obvious because no one really know how famous there are in KL. Highly recommended for a steamboat like this rather than those "Eat All You Can" steamboat which has a really bad quality.

Overall: 4/5 - It contains of cashew meringue, Mascarpone cream, honey balsamic cream served with white chocolate dipped vanilla Magnum topped with freeze dried raspberries and fresh strawberries. My suggestion is to mix them all together including the ice cream itself otherwise by eating the ice cream alone will be too sweet. Once you mixed them all together, the magic comes. The sensational taste of creamy, crunchy, a little sourish kick and sweetness combining all together to create a wonderful ice cream dessert. Definitely is a must order dessert when you are there.

Overall: 3/5 - It is also known as their signature Symphony of Starters, which takes you across the breadth of Indochinese cuisine with Vietnamese shrimp crystal rolls, lemongrass prawns, Cambodian-style deep-fried shrimp cakes and minced chicken on cinnamon sticks. All served with a variety of piquant sauces. The plate is just nice for 2 pax but the price is too expensive for that small portion.

Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - If you think that coconut soup should be a milky soup, then you are wrong. This is a chicken tomyam clear soup with coconut meat in it. Very delicious and creative way to make it. The coconut meat is the highlight of the entire soup. It just gave the soup an extra coconut fragrance in it and of course, they are edible. Do not worry, the soup is not too spicy.
