Villa Danieli @Sheraton Imperial Hotel
|It is another outing with Shirley and this time I chose Villa Danieli which is located in Sheraton Imperial Hotel. This is an Italian restaurant but we did not order any Italian cuisine.|
|I like the sauce that is accompany with this bread which I have yet to taste in other restaurants yet. As for the bread, it was just average.|
|Wild Mushroom Soup @RM38.00++|
Overall: 3/5 - This is a sharing portion. Made from selected mushrooms with crispy enoki mushroom, cream ricotta cheese and truffle oil. Delicious crunchy bits and with the fragrance that is so unique.
|BBQ Glazed Lamb Rib @RM98.00++|
Overall: 3/5 - I like how soft the lamb is cooked and how minimal the gamey taste it is done. However, I do not like cola BBQ sauce. It tasted just weird when an attempt of mixing the sweetness to cover the gamey taste.
|Parsley crusted Australian Beef Tenderloin @RM118.00++|
Overall: 3/5 - It comes with pumpkin confit, vegetables and honey terragon beef jus. It is soft and tasty. The pumpkin confit works its trick by producing the sweetness taste to the beef.
|Unfortunately, this is her first and her last beef steak experience. She just do not like reddish looking meat despite the taste was good.|
|"Villa Danieli" Tiramisu @RM32.00++|
Overall: 3/5 - It is more a creamy based of Tiramisu. Too creamy enough which I do not find this Tiramisu authentic. In an Italian restaurant, I am expecting a truly authentic Tiramisu.
