Artisan Roast Coffee, TTDI

Image
Artisan Roast Coffee is another subsidiary of Artisan Roastery where their other sister cafes are Good Golly Miss Molly, Three Little Birds and London Sandwich Company. They are not just a cafe. They are also a supplier for coffee beans, equipment, brewery and much more. Their menu is so simple and you will definitely will not find any difficulty in making your choices immediately. They only accept cash transaction. No planning of having a credit card machine at all. The seats are pretty limited and quite congested space. I hardly can stand a good spot to take a photo of how the interior looks like. Smoked Salmon Panini @RM19.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 4/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - It is a combination of slices of smoked salmon, tomatoes, and rocket leaves on panini bread dressed with honey mustard sauce, served with sunny side up egg. A delightful combo of various kind of tastes to tickle your taste buds. The portion is not too big so don't plan to shar...

Nanny's Pavilion - Porte Bagage, KLIA2

Image
Nany's Pavilion - Porte Bagage is located in the KLIA 2. When talking about dining in the airport, we always know their price is really expensive. However, for this restaurant, they are still reasonably priced. The design of the restaurant is really comfortable. They do provide sofa bed for you to lay on and spend something while winding down your check-in time. Wifi is available too for free. Just a glass of any of their delicious milkshake @RM14.00++ and you are fine to spend most of the time there. Salmon Baked Rice @RM23.00++ Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 3/5 Taste: 2/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 - Tasted like a ready made food coming out from their fridge and reheated in the oven. Lack of freshness taste in it. Banana Fudges Waffle @RM18.00++ Outlook: 2/5 Creativity: 3/5 Taste: 2/5 Price: 2/5 Overall: 2/5 - From their menu, it was shown that the waffle comes with chocolate dressing. By looking at the picture, you should already know that it is defin...

Things to do at Malapascua Island

Image
To be honest, I only recommend avid divers to visit Malapascua Island. There are not much activities for non-divers to do on this island. Furthermore, it is not worth it for a non-diver to travel all the way for this island. There were used to be a lot of great snorkeling sites on this island for example the wreck dive near the lighthouse which is just 5-10m deep! That is a World War II battleship!!! You will hardly see such a shallow wreck. Unfortunately, it has been ransacked by the locals. The wreck is no longer there. By the way, you can check my previous post on how to get to this island . Their most popular beach is called Bounty Beach which has the most accommodations, restaurants and pubs that you can choose from along the beach. However, in my opinion, the beach is not that pretty. They are good snorkeling sites on this beach but you have to swim a little far away to the sides of the beach. The only best part about the Bounty Beach is their luxury choices of restaura...
