Burger & Lobster @Sky Avenue, Resorts World Genting

Image
In 2011, the story began with 4 school friends in Moscow drinking wine on a roof-top. They came up with the idea to set up a restaurant where the focus was perfecting the craft of just one or two main ingredients. In a small Irish pub in Mayfair, the first Burger & Lobster was born. The entire dough is then place onto a giant flat ladle.  Customers are then treated to the side of the chef side of pizza being cooked before their eyes. The result is a tender melt in your mouth pizza filled with succulent juicy pieces of meat and dripping cheese on a rich tomato ba...
