Bai Hua Dessert Store, Guangzhou

Last month I went to Guangzhou for a 10-day trip. Therefore, starting from today and the following 10 days will be just pure sharing about my experience there for my own record. Hope you will enjoy it as well. Furthermore, Chinese citizen will not able to see my blog from their own country due to their government policy to restrict Google and Facebook in their country which has been replaced by Baidu and Weibo eventually.

When you are in any part of China, dessert is always one of the food that everyone is looking for and I am not excluded. This is an amazing corner lot dessert shop with over 100 types of desserts to be choose from. I am not finish yet...it is only 100 type of desserts during fall and winter season. Yes, there are another 100 more type of desserts for spring and summer!!! Until today, I still do not understand how can a small dessert shop like this can serve 100 desserts.

This is the dessert shop which is called Bai Hua Dessert Store established since 1986. I really do agree that it is a store instead a shop. As you can see the right of the picture where there is a blue board which is the menu during spring and summer. As for the white board will be the menu for the fall and winter.
A closer look on the white board.
This is one of the place that is preparing a part of the dessert in the menu. There are 2 more other location serving and cooking the desserts as well.
The rules in China or such shop is almost the same. You need to line up and order to make payment. After that, bring over your receipt to the dessert counter which I have shown you in my previous photo. Once they have prepared, you will need to take the dessert to your own seat. There are some desserts required 10-15 minutes to prepare, so for that dessert you can sit first while waiting for them to serve you.
Full house. Everyone is squeezing themselves to get a seat in the shop. It is best if you have a friend to grab seats for you while you are lining up to take the order and making the payment.

Overall: 4/5 - The black sesame is so smooth and delicious! Where you can find such a delicious dessert with such a price in Malaysia. However, for the locals there. This is consider expensive. There is an optional to add minimum 3 pieces of glutinous black sesame rice ball @CNY5.00. My advice is you should add! The glutinous rice ball is so big and delicious. The filling is hot and tasty which is so suitable for you to eat especially during their winter season.

It is a great achievement for me for able to search the local best food around even travelling far from home. I hope the next round I come, I will other type of desserts. I wonder how many trips I need to make in order to try all the desserts here....hmmm.....
