It is always a special feeling to meet a new friend from Korea in Malaysia. It feels like I have widen my network of friends to other countries. The weird part is I am not introducing her with our local delicacies but I am taking her to a Korean cafe in Malaysia which is known as Beans N Beans, Korean Dessert Premium Cafe. The reason is to show her how much Korean culture has infected in Malaysia. She was really surprised with so many Korean restaurants and cafes in Klang Valley especially in PJ Area.  How about the taste? Is it the same like in Korea? That's what I want to find out from her. In this cafe, there are board games, card games and other family games available for you to spend a long sweet time here. There are not many tables here but the owner's concept is to let his patrons to enjoy the cafe as long as possible. BBQ Ma Eul Cup Bab is a new hot Korean restaurant at Damansara Uptown especially during at night, you will see this restaurant is extremely crowded. I skipped all the crowd and decided to dine for lunch. To be honest, their side dishes is not so impressive. Only their salad and kimchi are acceptable. Their kimchi stew comes with the BBQ set. BBQ Set 2 @RM79.00++ which comes with pork ribs, pork belly and spicy pork belly. It is deliciously good but unfortunately it is not refillable. There are a total of 9 islands at Johor which are Pulau Aur, Pulau Besar, Pulau Dayang, Pulau Kukup, Pulau Pemanggil, Pulau Rawa, Pulau Sibu, Pulau Tengah and Pulau Tinggi. Most of the islands are privately owned by Johor Royal. It was not open to public so they are not as popular as Pulau Tioman, Pulau Perhentian, Pulau Redang and Pulau Pangkor until in these recent years. To get to Pulau Tinggi, you need to drive to Tanjung Leman Jetty. As of today, this is by far the cleanest jetty ever compare to any other jetty I have been. I really hope they can maintain the cleanliness as long as possible. For your information, you can get to Pulau Sibu from this Jetty too. The parking here is ample and it is chargeable at RM4.00/day. You will have to pay RM4.00 the moment you enter the parking lot. Masuta Byuffe is a ala-carte style buffet which is a real hype at Kuantan especially when they are not the first and only restaurant but also the only restaurant serving halal Japanese cuisine. No alcohol is served and all their ingredients got from halal certified supplier. The price is RM56 (adult) and RM23 (child) Their sashimi was really bad. It was not fresh and stink too. So skip their sashimi at all cost. They really do have a lot of choices in their ala-carte menu selection. I am trying to order as many as possible based on the most popular cuisine usually we will order. Overall, it is just an average Japanese restaurant. You can't ask for more since this is the one and only ala-carte buffet style in Kuantan.
