Thinking for a good food location to dine seems so hard especially when you have to choose Chinese cuisine only. The lack of research in this cuisine, I have to be greatly rely on my sister's mom whom brought me to this Restoran 9888 in the end. Once again, please forgive me because my sister's mom has thrown away my receipt so the below food name and price may not be accurate. Fried Roasted Pork with Cereal @RM28.00 Outlook: 3/5 Creativity: 4/5 Taste: 3/5 Price: 2/5 Overall: 3/5 - The taste of the fried taste roam into your mouth when everytime you chewed which I find it quite amazing. But...it is too hard especially for elderly people to eat.  Vege - the first time the served was too salty so we had them to cook again for us. Usually I will not complaint when being served a food like this but after seeing how auntie did it, I think I shouldn't tolerate when the food is not right for us after all we are paying for the food and we deserved to be served a goo...

Pudu Yong Tau Fu, Jalan Peel

Image
Another adventurous trip that I have at KL and stay over at my dearest sister's house and once again her sweet mum take us to a hawker stall style for their famous yong tau fu. It is located near to Jusco Maluri, check out the location map at the end of this post for the exact location. However, please take note that this is their temporary location as they are required to shift to another location which is yet to confirm yet. Will update again once I got the news. They were asked to shift due to the ongoing construction by Sunway corporation at the area. In my opinion, it is good they moved. First, it is more hygienic to have in a shop rather than an attap restaurant. Second, the traffic at the road is very bad as the customers are parking their cars at the road side which has make a two-lane road become one lane road. Fried Taufu & Fried Finger Lady in the process. More fried stuffs!!! Wow!!! Somehow this oil looks not healthy to me. Kinda dirty somehow. ...

I told my girl and my sister that today onward I will try to blog more on hawker foods. The reason is they said the food that I blog so far is nice to see but too expensive to eat. So to suit my supporters need, here I start with a simple char siew rice. The restaurant name is called Ka Ka Loi (cantonese) which means "come everybody". The restaurant is located beside Jalan Peel. It is quite easy to be located because a lot of cars parking by the road side. Rice made from pork oil to cook to increase the fragrance. Char Siew - RM13.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 4/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - This is their must order dish. The picture above is suitable for 3 person to dine. As you can see from the picture, there is 50% of the char siew are fatty meat. If you like the fatty meat, you can always request for more fatty meat. For me, I rather choose without any fat due to health concern. The reason for this char siew to be so nice is not just because they ar...
