Interestingly dining at China...that's what I want to bring to you about in this post. The location is at Qingyuan which is a northern part of Guangzhou. The restaurant name is called 湘村馆. The interesting part is the food they served and how to eat.

This looks like a normal Pork Bone Soup but the way to eat is not.
You will be given a pair of of gloves and a straw. That's what you will do to suck the bone marrow. Delicious!
A lamb stick? This lamb stick is done very thoughtfully by cover the end with a wrapper for you to hold and eat without staining your fingers. Very delicious with a spicy kick in it. Truly a different experience to eat a lamb.
When you are in China, you really have to order a plate of vegetable. Any vegetable will do because their vegetable is very fresh , sweet and juicy. They serve in big portion in cheaper price. You will definitely not able to find the same taste in Malaysia.

What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. No name for this hawker center but the local good foods are concentrated here. A lot of hawker stall like this here. There are just too many to choose from. It has been a very long time since I have written about a Korean cuisine. I have been upset by a lot of new Korean restaurants recently until the point of time I truly forgot when was the best time I had a good Korean meal before. Lately, as I have been keep exploring the food places in Sri Petaling, my Elayna Jie recommended me again a restaurant called Mi Na Rae. Mi Na Rae Korean Restaurant is located at the first floor. Have you ever wonder why most of the Korean likes to open their restaurant upstairs? I really do not know why and it seems like a culture to them. The set up is very humble and cozy. Have you ever stay in a Durian Farm before? No? At Bao Sheng Durian Farm, you can do it! This 6.7 acres durian farm has been established in Balik Pulau since 1959. It really took them full 60 years to get the fruit of their hard work. Their villa is well equipped with air-con, hot shower and LCD TV with hundreds of Blu-Ray quality movies in it! They have existing queen size or king size bed and extra bed can be requested. To get close and personal with the King of Fruit...the accommodation charges will be Deluxe Villa is charged at RM280/night and standard villa will cost you RM180/night. By the appearance of it, Restoran Yu Hing definitely doesn't look appealing enough to become a tourist spot for you as your dining choice. However, I am still going to introduce to you their noodle. They do serve other variety of food but something worth to be here is only their noodle which is known as Beaufort Fried Noodle. Beaufort is a name of a town in Sabah. This is their very own local delicacies which you won't find it easily at any part of Malaysia or even Sabah. You have to be either in Kota Kinabalu or Beaufort to experience it. Driving in Singapore is really a pain especially the traffic congestion, parking hunting and speed cameras alert which is seems like everywhere. As for parking, weekdays parking is like vampire sucking all your money out from your wallet when the clock keeps ticking. Not just parking but their ERP toll is sucking the money out of your Autopass card too. However, I have realized that the best days to travel to Singapore is on weekends and especially on Sunday. ERP toll is free on Sundays. Parking rate are cheaper on Sundays and there are places are free parking too. Not much cars and peoples on the street on Sundays. Sunday is just perfect day at Singapore! Of course, if you plan to eat their buffets, Sunday will be not a suitable day as it will be super expensive. Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. Yamaguchi Fish Market is inspired by fish market in Japan which allows customer to choose seafood from the market and they will prepared for them either in sushi or sashimi for them to eat fresh. That's the original way how it was started but time goes by competition is getting harder, many came out with different idea. So does Yamaguchi Fish Market to have it in a restaurant instead of a market. They have sushi bar for customers to appreciate the chef serving the food right in front of them. The seating are not a lot because mostly it has been placed by their tank to put their live seafood. They have their fresh seafood deliver twice a week and this is the first time I see how they packed their live lobster. That's the price of their live lobster. I wish one day I can eat a 5kg lobster.
