In my previous post on Chinatown Dessert, I said I will not revisit anymore but somehow this time I am convinced by my sister that I should revisit to try their other desserts. So here I am, testing their other desserts.

Black Sesame Puree @RM3.80++

Overall: 3/5 - Not bad. Not too sweet. Compare with Poon Kee Dessert, this is better.

Original Taufu Fah @RM3.50++

Overall: 2/5 - Not really a special and delicious Taufu Fah but with such a price I rather have lorry type of taufu fah.

Honeydew Sago @RM5.80++

Overall: 2/5 - The honeydew is not sweet enough since honeydew is the main ingredient here.

Overall: 2/5 - Very sourish mango shaved ice. I do not really favor this especially such a price.

Glutinous Rice Balls in Ginger Soup @RM4.80++

Overall: 3/5 - The glutinous rice balls are filled with black sesame are very delicious. The ginger soup is very spicy and it is really fit this whole dessert. However, I still feel that I prefer to have peanuts filling rather than black sesame.

Overall: 2/5 - The red bean is quite sweet. The Glutinous Rice Balls is the same with black sesame filling.

I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! The price of the bowling is cost at RM4.80 per game per pax. We went at their most peak hours so their price basically has not much different than our KL City price. Perfume Pagoda Boat Tour, Huong Son

The Huong Pagoda is a vast complex of Buddhist temples and shrines built into the limestone Huong Tich mountains. It is the site of a religious festival which draws large numbers of pilgrims from across Vietnam. The center of the Huong Temple lies in Huong Son Commune, Mỹ Đức District, former Hà Tây Province (now Hanoi). The center of this complex is the Perfume Temple, also known as Chua Trong (Inner Temple), located in Huong Tich Cave. The boat tour including the entrance fee is 100,000vnd. There is an optional cost for the cable car which will take you to Huong Tich Cave. The price is 100,000vnd per person per way or 160,000vnd per person round trip. If you are not rushing and you have the stamina to hike up and down, you can save this cost. Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. They only serve for lunch so do expect great crowd roaming to this place between 12.00pm to 2.00pm.  Steamed Tilapia Fish Head @RM20.00 Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - Tilapia is a freshwater fish and the best is to steam it. Hang Mua Mountain aka Mua Cave, Ninh Binh

At first, I always got confused with Hang Mua Mountain and Mua Cave. My initial plan is to climb the mountain and all the information I got in the internet is to direct me Mua Cave. After few readings, I finally understand that "Hang" means cave in Vietnamese. So Hang Mua Mountain and Mua Cave is the same place. If you are riding a bike to get here, there are many scam trying to stop you earlier for you to park your motorbike at their place with charges. Don't stop. Just go straight until the end and park inside. It is free parking as of today. I am not sure if they will change it later. The entrance fee is 100,000vnd per person. It is quite expensive for just hiking. There is a reason to this. They decorated the entire way from the entrance to the foot of the hill. There are many photoshooting spots where you can enjoy before you start your hiking. Bai Dinh Pagoda is a spiritual beauty located in Bai Dinh – Trang An eco-tourism complex with a history of more than 1000 years old attached to the land of many feudal dynasties from Dinh and Tien Le houses. This place is very huge so if you do not have a whole day here or you are not stamina readily person, you can always opt for the electric car. Last beach I want to share is Pantai Batu Burok which is located at Kuala Terengganu. This is the most happening beach I ever seen especially on Friday and Saturday. A wide beach for you to do all kinds of activities and let me introduce to you one by one later on. The wave was strong that day so not many people will go for a swim. A watch tower is built for you to see. Not for lifeguard use apparently. Kites! Yes, let's start introducing their happening activities around here. Flying kites is always the favourite activity for all of us at all ages. This is consider the cheapest activities too to last you quite a while with it. Many kite sellers here and the price can be negotiated. So please do not take their offered price seriously. The price is ranging from RM5 - RM25. Depend on the size and design. Ba Lin @Nak Hotel, Sandakan

Life in Sandakan actually is very quiet and peaceful. No hectic traffic and peoples here are moving in a slower pace. This is a pretty relaxing town by having sea in the front and large thick forest at the back. Surrounded by all natural nature. As for their nightlife, I am highly recommended this place which is called Ba Lin. It is located at the 7th floor of the Nak Hotel. Basically, it is already the roof top of the Nak Hotel. Of course, please do not expect a roof top view like what I had at 1-Altitude @Singapore . However, you will feel the sea breeze from this floor. To get to the roof, you need to take lift to level 6 and climb their stairs to reach their roof top. Their menu in mini newspaper style. Even the paper used is the same as the newspaper material. Yes, you can lie over there and watch over the stars. No one will says no to you. This is their dining area where you can eat their western food here. Sepilok OrangUtan Rehabilitation Centre, Sandakan

Entertainment in Sandakan is really limited where one of them which I have already blogged earlier about the bowling center and another one is the pretty "run down" cinema. They do not have mall here yet. But there is an upcoming Harbour Square which is almost finished developing and located at the heart of the town. Do not have high expectation on the mall just yet. Less entertainment but the nature adventure is just superb over here. The most famous thing to do here at Sandakan will be no other than visiting Sepilok. Sepilok is an Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center which is a norm for any tourist to visit and do whenever they travel to Sandakan. Here we are at Sepilok! NOTE: FYI, that is not Orang Utan. Somehow a normal person who is trying to act like one. LOL Actually I did not enter this place so I was there just visiting from the outside. Ham Rong Mountain, Sapa

Ham Rong Mountain is located close to the center of Sa Pa Town and its elevation is the lowest point in the South of 1,450m, the highest is 1,850m. Topography with an average slope angle of about 30 degrees. Ham Rong is surrounded by many different types of mountains, evergreen forests with other broadleaf trees. With the height of the top, there have almost no more trees, sporadic bamboo mountain and wind of dust. From the top, you will get to see the whole Sapa town. It is an amazing scenery to be at.
