To me, The Ship and Victoria Station are just the same. They are hardly able to be distinguished. The Ship is using ship as their restaurant concept while Victoria Station are using railway station as their restaurant design. Both of them are famous for their steak and their pricing is about the same. Sometimes I really wonder if they are brother sister company. Anyway, let's try their steak first.

2 platforms with 2 trains which you can sit inside and dine! Obviously better than dining inside our KTM Train.

Overall: 4/5 - The price of the beef is calculated by its weight. So the price may be vary. The meat is wonderful. According to my girl since she is the one who can eat beef, the meat melting slowly in her mouth and it does not need much of her mouth work. Perfect!


Kind of sad that I cannot eat beef for the rest of my life due to religion but whenever I bring my girl or my sister to an awesome steakhouse, I feel like I am eating as well. Haha...If they are happy, I am happy too! Apart of steak, there are really nothing else is suit my appetite same like The Ship. Parking is ample here as there is a parking space behind this Victoria Station. Jockey service is available too.

This is my first time dining at Sentul and glad to know this great Chinese restaurant which is known as Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong. This is the crowd at 6.00pm on Sunday. Crazy right? Let you see from another angle. They just own one shop lot but seems like owning an extra 4 parking space but still they are people standing and waiting for their seat including me! I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. Dim sum is always everyone's favourite even to our Muslim friends but finding a Halal and delicious dimsum is not that easy at all. After I have dined in Restoran Minmax, I know this is the best ever Halal dimsum that's available in Malaysia currently. It advised to come before 12.00pm during office hours or else you will have a hard time finding a seat. Even you able to find a seat, you will need to wait for a long time for the food to arrive. We move on to rather a speedy water sports which is Jet Ski. The price is at RM35/ride. Well, I somehow feel being cheated for this activity. Anyway it was my mistake for not clarify clearly. I thought it should be each person riding a jet ski but in the end it was we are just sitting there while the staff will take the riding wheel and took us for a lap. The one lap which is less than 30 seconds and they have already earned RM35.00. My goodness...real easy money. Alright girls...let's just get in! Take a photo like you are riding on it...haha This jet ski is really a bigger than usual one. The staff said that the power is greater than a normal one which is the reason why they did not let us ride on it alone. For me, it is a real pure excuse...they can just bring a normal jet ski for each of us. We do not really demand to ride on this. This is how they take you for a ride. There goes the 30 seconds. Not much crazy activity to do when you are travelling with the elderly. So I have no choice but to visit this amazing flower exhibition which they are selling it for Chinese New Year. I think I should reduce my words for this blog and let you all admire all their creativity on flowers. Hello Kitty! What is that? Tapioca? Not really sure. Apple trees are for sale too!!! I wonder if the apples are sweet. Apart of amazing flowers, there are amazing structures as well.

Uroko Japanese Cuisine, Section 17

After my disappointing experience at Torii , I have to hunt for a better restaurant to maintain Japanese cuisine as my most favourite cuisine. So I come across with Uroko Japanese Cuisine which located above Soleil restaurant at Section 17, Petaling Jaya. There is lift provided to get you to their floor. The design inside the restaurant is simple and not too spacious. However, the lighting is dim which somehow to give you a sense of privacy. Uroko does provide Omakase which starts from RM150++/pax and the most expensive is just only RM350++/pax. It is quite affordable in my opinion. Where to see such a view at KL while enjoying your red wine? Here we are at Luna Bar which is located at the level 34 of the Pacific Regency Hotel Suite. By occupying the roof top of the hotel, you are able to see this great view. Along with me is Suyin, the DJ wannabe that I talked about previously and now we are here enjoying our beautiful Sunday night drinking red wine and feel the breeze. Really is an amazing experience! They have a DJ playing R&B songs and sitting right in the tower which is located at the top right of this picture. By the way, no dance floor provided. If you really feel like dancing, maybe you can dance at your own table. You can choose to sit by the pool side or by the window. Trust me, if you wish to sit by the window, you better book earlier to avoid disappointment. This is the window view which you can enjoy the KL night live scene. Never know about this place until I watched Ah Xian from the TV Programme which is known as "Taste with Jason". This restaurant is known as Chong Siew Lam Restaurant. No signboard to show this place but this is the only the crowded place in the whole street. Another cafe is opened at Sri Petaling which is known as Soft Launch Cafe & Desserts. This cafe is opened at the First Floor to enjoy lower rental fee. In order to make themselves notable to the public, they did invited the media to help them to promote them. The cafe is just occupied a single shop lot but the moment I stepped in this cafe, it looks bigger than I thought it should be. They even divided the cafe into smoking area and non-smoking area. The food selection is not a lot and mostly pasta which is simple and you do not need a large kitchen to prepare it. The kitchen has been shrunken to put more tables and that's why the cafe looks bigger than usual. Cafe Latte @RM10.00. Fair price but unfortunately they over roasted the beans.
