Last year I had a disappointing experience of Sheng Rou Mian at Kedai Kopi Jia Siang so this year I was pretty determined to find a better Sheng Rou Mian for redemption. To my surprise, I was able to find one which is just located few streets away from Kedai Kopi Jia Siang which is known as Kedai Kopi Melanian. By the way, Sheng Rou Mian means raw meat noodle. Do not get panic by thinking that I am introducing you eating a raw pork. 
The pork is fresh and thinly slice and mix with flour before cook. So to make the texture as if you are having a raw pork. I find that people in Kota Kinabalu always having noodle for their breakfast. A lot of noodle stalls are opened early in the morning.
Their noodle is fantastic! The noodle is springy and tangy as if the noodle is jumping inside your mouth. The mixture of the sauces are perfectly done. The noodle alone is already scrumptious.
The price of a bowl of Sheng Rou Mian is RM7.50++. This is the Sheng Rou which is so soft and tender. Basically the pork seems like going to melt in your mouth gently. The feeling is really great. Finally I found the best Sheng Rou Mian so far. This Sheng Rou Mian is made by Melanian. Melanian is a small ethnic group in Sabah.

I used to whine that Japanese cuisine in Johor Bahru is horrifying and disappointing until I meet Warakuya Japanese Garden at Mount Austin. From the exterior itself, this restaurant looks so grand and luxury. The first thing comes to my mind is the price will be hefty. However, when I saw the queue in front of the restaurant, I already doubt their price is going to be really expensive. I know people just loves good food but at the minimum price. Who doesn't anyway? One of the best part of the restaurant is they are providing 42" LCD TV, free flow of drinks and seating area for the queue. This is my first time dining out with my goddaughter, Ling Jinn Ying at Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong for our dim sum session She is so cute and adorable! This restaurants has 6 branches spread out the whole Klang Valley with at least 10 years of history. I heard from my friend, Jeffery said that on the weekend, people queuing up for their dim sum. Since already at Kuching, seafood is always a must try. I decided to visit See Good Food Centre which is very famous. Even the locals know about how good this place is. So without further ado, let's order some food to eat. Amazingly to see that they have a wine cellar here. But I did not order any of them. Not really in the mood for the wine yet. This is my first time dining at Sentul and glad to know this great Chinese restaurant which is known as Restoran Makanan Laut Lau Heong. This is the crowd at 6.00pm on Sunday. Crazy right? Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! When I saw Ben's General Food Store, I thought it is the same as the Ben's restaurant at Pavilion. After my best friend, Ailin explained to me and I realized I was making a mistake. There are totally different so let's see their difference. Old school weighing machine. Interesting way on how they setting up the seats here and their plates here. Old school steel plate and the seating are all lining up in a row. Like a canteen! The menu is totally different with Ben's restaurant. Their kitchen...really like a canteen style. I told my girl and my sister that today onward I will try to blog more on hawker foods. The reason is they said the food that I blog so far is nice to see but too expensive to eat. So to suit my supporters need, here I start with a simple char siew rice. The restaurant name is called Ka Ka Loi (cantonese) which means "come everybody". The restaurant is located beside Jalan Peel. It is quite easy to be located because a lot of cars parking by the road side. Rice made from pork oil to cook to increase the fragrance. My Kluang first Korean Restaurant! Wow...getting so proud with Kluang lately because of their varieties in food which has given me more choices. The Korean Restaurant name is Dong Seoul Korea Restaurant. The crowds are pretty good because most of the local has not really tried a Korean cuisine yet. They will not reluctant to try something new especially K-Pop and K-Drama have always been a hit here! These are their side dishes and they do show their quantity. But the quality is real bad. I refilled none! First time ever I never asked for a refill. This soup is also a part of the side dishes. Pork Neck in progress... This is the worst ever pork neck I have eaten so far.
