Overall: 3/5 - Not a very big abalone but the price is so expensive. Anyway, the taste is very good. One is just not enough but when thinking about my wallet...I will have a second thought and will think it is enough.

| Soon Hock Fish (Body) - This is the best dishes of all. The meat is so sweet when they steamed them like this. One fish but they prepared in two dishes for us. Very seldom you will see restaurant in Malaysia willing to do this extra work. The leftover head is used to make superior soup. |

Overall: 2/5 - It is a different type of crab which is sold by kg. So that's the price is so expensive. Tasty meat and really have full of meat in it. But not really worth it because in Malaysia with such price we can eat more than one crab.

Overall: 3/5 - Tasty and fresh meat. Very simple and easily done to cook these. As you can see they just steamed it. These prawns are really small. So if it is done other than steaming, you hardly able to taste the prawn meat.
