Restoran Onn Kee, Ipoh

When you are in Ipoh, it is a sin for not bring your oversea friend to taste the local famous Bean Sprout Chicken Rice or known as Nga Choi Gai in Cantonese. However, please do not bring them to these over commercialized restaurants which are Restoran Onn Kee and Restoran Lou Wong. These places are meant for tourist only. Read more to know why I say so.
They only sell steamed chicken so please do not expect to eat roasted chicken here.

Overall: 1/5 - Expensive and not tasty at all! The meat is so hard to chew and even swallow. It is pretty ridiculous to eat such chicken meat at a well-known restaurants.

Overall: 2/5 - Delicious fat bean sprout where you can taste the light sweetness in it together with the crunchy texture. However, they put too much soy sauce which lost the original sweet taste of the bean sprout. Too salty!!!

Kuey Tiau is still ok after all. They will only show off the celebrities who have visited their restaurants but the problem is their food is not good at all! I feel embarrassed if they keep on selling this standard of food to our tourists. Sorry that it is so bad enough to make me to decide not to share any information about this restaurant. However, if you insist, you can google it yourself since they are pretty famous.
Note: We stayed at Hotel Shangg. It is really bad hotel which I advised you to avoid at all cost. Their room is so hot and the air con is not strong enough to cool it down! It is so horrible!

Hailing from Brooklyn, Motorino opened its first Malaysian Branch in Genting Highlands, this being ninth branch out of 5 countries. The simple no frills entrance to the restaurant is a precursor to the interior. Black and white tiles, small circular tables with steel maroon chairs await the diners. Goat Catching Game with lunch @UK Farm Agro Resort

Continue from my previous post about UK Farm which is located at Air Hitam, Kluang. This time I would like to share with you about a very challenging activity which is called the goat catching game. It is the signature activity of this farm. In another words, you do not consider coming to this farm if you are not playing this game. This game is cost at RM5/pax. The rule of this game is very simple. You need to catch the goat within 10 minutes time frame. The maximum pax to join is 5. The more the easier it is. Here you are, they just release 6 goats for you to catch. Let the hunt begins! Yes, you are catching them with your bare hands on this sandy field. Not really a good idea thou. Champ's Bowling Centre, Sandakan

Not really much entertainment in Sandakan even though they are just beside the sea. No nice beach for water activities and the nearest island like Pulau Selingan and Turtle Island are about 90 minutes away. As for the town itself, basically is this bowling centre called Champ's which has a very nice and good condition bowling alley, bowling shoes and bowling bowls if to compare with bowling centres like in KL.  Not very big at all for their bowling centre which only has 12 lanes. Their shoes look so new! Here is a demonstration on how to bowl. Looks pro...I wonder how is the end result. So what do guys think? Is it a strike? They have a lounge here as well. And a cafe too! The price of the bowling is cost at RM4.80 per game per pax. We went at their most peak hours so their price basically has not much different than our KL City price. I really in love with Thai food so the first thing I would like to eat when I came to Koh Samui is to find a Thai restaurant so I came into this restaurant called Sawadee Thai Cuisine which is located at Bophut Fisherman Village. Actually almost all the restaurants here serves Thai food but not most of them serve only Thai food. Koh Samui is a tourist destination so even the restaurant menu has to be internationalized. Restoran MS Bak Kut Teh has been serving the Sungai Besi neighborhood for 6 long years. It is opened by an enthusiastic couple who wants to bring good food to the people around. They are very creative enough to keep inventing new recipe. You would be surprised to see their thick menu. When you happened to smell an unique aromatic tea fragrant when you are walking at Pavilion Mall KL, do look for the logo of a hummingbird where you will find Steaped. The store is clean, modern and revitalizing which is a perfect spot for customers looking for a perfect tea infusion to start their day. Steaped knows that coffee has always being the leader as an important beverage intake for most of our daily life. Tea is seldom in the picture. In Kota Kinabalu, you will find noodles from different part of town such as Tuaran Mee , Beaufort Mee and now what I am going to introduce to you is the another town's local mee which is known as Tenom Mee. I think I do not have to mention where it is originated. I find that people in KK are really pampered with all kinds of noodle serving to them. This is Tenom noodle which is slightly disappointing because after our experience with the Beaufort noodle , we brought a pretty high expectation this will be somehow better or at least the same like it. However, to us, it is just another noodle like the wantan mee. Wantan mee taste way better thou. There is the possibility this restaurant doesn't serve the real Tenom noodle or the Tenom noodle is actually looks like this. Well, I only can find out if I make a visit to Tenom. What will people think first when we talk about Penang? Penang Hill? Batu Feringghi? Hard Rock Cafe? I doubt any of them come first but their local food! Penang famous with their local foods and that is the reason there are a lot of hawker center at Penang. One of them is at Jalan MacAlister. No name for this hawker center but the local good foods are concentrated here. A lot of hawker stall like this here. There are just too many to choose from. I don't know since when ice cream has becomes the latest hit in Malaysia. A lot of ice cream parlors coming to town. I do not have to mention about the numbers of ice cream parlors in Klang Valley but I will just tell you the total amount of ice cream parlor that I known of as of date at Mount Austin Heights alone only is already got 5. Yes, you heard me right. Just this tiny place alone has 5 ice cream parlors. I heard from my friend who is staying there claimed that it is more than 5 at Mount Austin Heights. Well, all I have seen was 5 so far. Anyway, what is more exciting is one of the ice cream parlor which is known as Creamery Boutique Ice Cream is a famous franchise ice cream in Thailand.
