PS Cafe, Harding Road

Before I begin, I have a question for you to ask yourself. Have you ever contact with your ex-girlfriend(s) or ex-boyfriend(s)? After almost a decade, I finally reach back with my first love, May Lin. Some of you might find this awkward even myself also do feel a little but I believe our own chapter of life has already moved on to separate ways. No matter what way we took, food will always link anyone together. So we have our very own first meeting after so long here at PS Cafe.
Real flowers decorated by the pavement which makes me feel being welcome by them.
Probably you will feel awed to see this in Singapore. Yes, you are going to dine in this cafe which is surrounded by greens and trees! All these trees are reserved trees.
I am seriously enjoying every tiny bit of moment in this cafe. You will feel calm and relax like me too!
A varieties of cakes for you to choose from!
Fresh bakeries for your breakfast!
Hot Lemon Grass @S$7.00++. A nice cooling drink to relax ourselves together with peaceful environment
Pork & Portebello Sandwich @S$24.00++

Overall: 3/5 - Simple lettuce, ham and marinated onions are good enough to make a delicious sandwich. However, the thick bread makes me impossible to taste the delicious ingredients. Probably they should just choose a normal bread will do. As for the mushroom soup, that is the real quality of mushroom soup! It has rich of mushroom taste which you couldn't resist!

Overall: 1/5 - When this dessert was served in front of me, my first reaction to it is: "WHAT A MESSY DESSERT?" A dessert should look nice, attractive and delicious but this one failed to qualify all the basic requirements inclusive the taste! It taste horrible when the thick chocolate fudge does not blend it together with the puff and ice creams. Furthermore, your mouth will be very messy as well after taken just a bite from it. Really terribly done! 5 stars disappointment!

There she is my first love and whereby now she is a great wife and mummy too. Congratulations and all the best in whatever you do ya!
Overall, this cafe does capture my heart with their awesome ambiance but not their food. Even though they got crowded started from 12.00pm even on weekdays but I really do not understand what makes the crowds to be here for when the food is not really that good at all. Have they ever taste a better one? I wonder... Anyway, it is still a great place for a cup of tea and a chat with a long lost friend. Perfect! :)
